物流服务合同对供应链均衡协调与绩效的影响研究

There is few research on logistics services contract between supply chain (members) and logistics service provider. In this proposal, we adopt mathematical model to study the impact of contract between the third party logistics and supply chain on the performance of supply chain. First, we study the combination efficiency of supply chain contract and logistics service contract; Secondly, considering transport price of the third party logistics as decision variable, we study its impact on the performance and coordination of competitive supply chain. Our previous study results show that the overall performance of the supply chain can improve when transport price of the third party logistics is considered as decision variable. Considering supply chain can shift inventory and shortage risk to the third party logistics by signing a contract with the third party logistics, we study how to design contract between the two parties and other contracts such as concerning logistics shipping space booking and updating, thus make supply chain to coordination. This project play an important role in eliminate or reducing double marginalization effect due to logistics service provider join the supply chain, reduce the cost of supply chain and improving the supply chain performance, and enriching supply chain theory.

物流商与供应链(成员)间的物流服务合同研究较少。本课题拟采用数学模型研究第三方物流和供应链之间的合同设计对供应链的协调和绩效的影响。首先研究供应链合同和物流服务合同的组合效率；其次，以物流运输商的运输价格作为决策变量，研究它对竞争性供应链的协调以及绩效的影响，我们的前期研究结果表明，把物流运输商的运输价格作为决策变量可带来不同的均衡结果，提高供应链的总体绩效。在此基础上，考虑到供应链通过与第三方物流签订合同从而把库存风险与缺货风险转嫁给第三方物流，研究如何设计两者之间的合同以及物流舱位预订与更新等合同，从而使供应链达到均衡。本课题对于消减物流商参与供应链所带来的双边效应，提高供应链绩效，丰富供应链理论等方面有重要作用。

通常的供应链的研究中没有把物流行为作为决策变量。我们将运输价格、物流水平等作为决策变量，将物流(运输)作为决策节点分别插入到竞争性供应链、随机需求的供应链及低碳供应链，求出了它们的与通常情形不同的均衡解。对竞争性供应链，把其物流商的特征划分为四个区域，在其每个区域物流自营和外包分别有不同的收益。为企业进行物流外包，克服双边际效应提供了参考依据。研究发现两部收费协议和收益贡享协议可以协调物流商决策的竞争性供应链。研究了考虑库存协调的供应链插入3PL物流节点后，对一些特殊的非线性需求分布，找出供应链均衡和协调供应链的协议。在随机分布需求下，给出3PL对客户的渠道协调、制造商采购外包给3PL的最优协议和方案。研究了第三方物流整合商与供应商企业及分包商如何签订协议，达到批量和活动整合，以节约成本的模型和算法。进行物流基本运作能力和增殖服务能力与供应链供应商整合、内部整合、客户整合的相互关系问卷调查。进行促进运输低碳应链减排的碳税和补贴补贴政策研究。在IJPR,CIE,ORletter等杂志发表SCI论文21篇（选填16篇），发表自然科学基金委管理科学部重要期刊15篇（选填11篇）。
