The hairs have the defense, protection function, but also have an increased exchange of information and aesthetic effect, although the hair in the specific parts of skin with the appropriate density and morphology. The hairs are generated by the hair follicles, and under cyclical growth, there will be hair loss, alopecia areata and other hair follicle-related diseases, when an exception occurs. Currently, follicle regeneration is the problem of the treatment when a large area of skin trauma patients. And with social development, people put more effort in the hair and in research about the regeneration of hair follicles. The previous studies found that activin B promote the regeneration of hair follicle during wound healing, this suggest that activin B play a very important role in the biological processes of hair follicles. Therefore, this study investigated the role of activin B in the occurrence, development and cycle of the hair follicle, using skin organ culture in vitro and depilation-induced models, and to further explore that the Wnt/β-catenin signaling, JNK signaling and BMP2/4 signaling whether were involved in this process. This result provides the research base for the problem of hair follicle regeneration.
毛发在皮肤特定部位具有相应的密度及形态,它除具有防御、保护功能外,还具有增加信息交流和美观的作用。毛发由毛囊生成,毛囊细胞呈周期性生长,当毛囊生长周期发生异常时,就会出现脱发、斑秃等毛囊相关疾病。皮肤大面积创伤的病人,毛囊的再生也是目前治疗上的难题,而且随着社会发展,人们对具有保护与美观作用的毛发越来越重视,对毛囊再生的研究显得越来越重要。课题组前期的研究发现细胞因子活化素B促进伤口部位毛囊的再生,提示活化素B在毛囊的生物学过程中可能扮演很重要的作用,因此本研究利用体外皮肤器官培养技术和脱毛诱导模型探讨活化素B在毛囊发生发育和周期循环过程中的作用,并进一步探讨Wnt/β-catenin信号、JNK信号和BMP2/4信号是否参与这与这一过程,为毛囊再生的难题提供研究基础。
