With the in-depth integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry, mass personalization has gradually become an important mode of product supply at present and in the future, which makes it difficult for the existing manufacturing service collaboration mechanism of enterprises to meet the actual production management needs. Therefore, taking modular products as the object, this project mainly takes research on the cooperation mechanism and method of workshop manufacturing services for mass personalization. First, based on the modular product family architecture, a mapping mechanism of customer personalized demand and manufacturing service resources is established and the evolutionary game mechanism of product modularity granularity and manufacturing system stability is studied; Second, a customer’s personalized preference analysis and recommendations method is proposed, and an integration optimization model of workshop manufacturing service collaboration for mass personalization is established, a manufacturing service cooperation evaluation method based on data driven is developed; Finally, a set of manufacturing services collaboration optimization simulation platform is established for theoretical verification and technical improvement. The research results are expected to provide theoretical basis and method support for collaborative optimization and management of workshop manufacturing services in the process of mass personalization.
随着新一代信息技术与制造业深度融合,大规模个性化定制逐步成为当前及未来一段时期内重要的产品提供模式,这使得企业现有的制造服务协作机制难以满足实际的生产管理需求。因此,本项目以模块化产品为对象,开展面向大规模个性化定制的车间制造服务协作机理与方法研究。首先,建立基于模块化产品族架构的客户个性化需求与制造服务资源映射机制,研究产品模块化粒度与制造系统稳定性的演化博弈机理;其次,研究基于EA-DNN-CF的客户个性化偏好分析与推荐方法,构建面向大规模个性化定制的车间制造服务协作集成优化模型,提出基于数据驱动的制造服务协作评价方法;最后,设计和开发一套制造服务协作优化仿真平台,开展实例验证和理论完善。本项目研究成果将为企业实施大规模个性化定制过程中车间制造服务协作优化与管理提供理论基础和方法支撑。
