基于复杂网络和GIS的文化创意产业集聚建模与分析

Cultural creativity industry is one of emerging industries of strategic importance in our country and has characteristics of typical complex systems. Particularly, the agglomeration of culture creative industry is a typical self-orgnazition process. The traditional model-based medeling method for ecnomic systems is not suitable for modeling and analysing this kind of complex system. This project is focus on the principle and evolution of the agglomeration of culture creative industry, which can be regard as a complex social network. Its evolution and develpoment can be affected by some subject and object factors during the agglomeration. The directed weighted and weighted-less network models are established by extracting network nodes and their relationships. The genernalized geographical distribution of object factors are described and the relational degree between these factors and network nodes are expressed with GIS technology. In addition, the location decision-making mechanism of creative agents in the early stage of the agglomeration of culture creative industry and its effects on the evolution of networks are investigated. Not only can the research of this project provide a scientific method of planing and optimizing culture creative industry, but also the reseach results can be extended to other similar complex social networks.

文化创意产业是我国战略性新兴产业之一，具有典型的复杂系统特征，其集聚过程的自组织特性尤其明显。传统的基于模型的经济系统建模方法已不能适应此类复杂系统的建模和分析。 本项目以我国文化创意产业集聚原理和演化动因为研究对象，通过分析文化创意产业的社会网络特征，以及集聚过程的客观和主观因素，基于复杂网络技术提取网络节点及其关联关系，建立了有向无权和加权网络系统模型；结合地理信息系统技术，描述了集聚过程中客观因素的广义地理分布，并建立了客观因素与网络节点间的关联度；重点分析了集聚过程初期创意主体区位决策形成机制及其对集聚过程的影响。本项目研究，不仅可以为文化创意产业的规划和优化提供科学的分析方法，其研究结果也可以推广到类似的复杂社会网络建模和分析，具有很好的学术研究价值和应用前景。

本项目以我国文化创意产业集聚原理和演化动因为研究对象，在深入调研杭州文化创意产业园的发展现状的前提下，通过分析文化创意产业的社会网络特征，以及集聚过程的客观和主观因素，基于复杂网络技术提取网络节点及其关联关系，重点开展了以下工作：.(1)以文化上市公司为例，研究文化产业集聚现状及成因。.(2)研究了网络系统的六力互动模型，并在此基础上对网络视频行业的相关市场力量进行分析。.(3) 基于SCP范式，研究了复杂网络演变的机理和规律，并结合我国电视产业的发展进行了分析。.(4) 研究了版权保护和政策因素对文化产业发展和集聚的作用。.本项目研究，不仅可以为文化创意产业的规划和优化提供科学的分析方法，其研究结果也可以推广到类似的复杂社会网络建模和分析，具有很好的学术研究价值和应用前景。
