城市创意产业空间集聚知识网络协同及复杂系统模型研究

The 19th National Congress of CPC has once again put emphasis on the importance of developing cultural industry. So the construction of spatial agglomeration of urban creative industries has become one of the most important measures to realize the comprehensive transformation of economy as well as to enhance the soft power of the national culture. So far there have been many preliminary studies on the formation mechanism, advantages, characteristics and modular value network in spatial agglomeration of creative industries, while only few studies focus on knowledge network coordination especially from the perspective of new economic geography. So it is fairly important to do research on how the knowledge network of urban creative industries finds the effective coordination of resources and participates in the process of value creation, eventually promoting the value creation of the spatial agglomeration system..Therefore, based on the development logic of “creative industry park- creative industry cluster- creative industry agglomeration”, this project aims to construct a quantifiable knowledge network coordination system of spatial agglomeration within the spatial complex system evaluation module. First of all, this project will analyze the three mechanisms of knowledge network coordination of urban creative industries. Then, guided by the aim of achieving performance advantage, the project will carry on the reconstruction and optimization of its core modules and elements which are highly matched with the creative industries agglomeration in order to decide the choice of knowledge network coordination module. Ultimately, the project can provide a policy basis for the development of spatial agglomeration of China’s urban creative industries.

党的十九大再次强调发展文化产业的重要性之后，城市创意产业空间集聚建设已成为实现经济全面转型、提升国家文化软实力的重要举措之一。目前学界在创意产业空间集聚的形成原因、优势和特征，以及其价值网络模块化等方面具有了初步的研究基础，但对知识网络协同研究尤其是从新经济地理学视角出发展开的研究较少，故研究城市创意产业空间集聚知识网络如何寻找资源的有效协同参与到价值创造中并最终推动空间集聚系统的价值创造具有很大的价值。因此，本项目以创意产业园区——创意产业集群——创意产业集聚的发展逻辑，旨在用空间复杂系统评价模型来构建一个可量化的空间集聚知识网络协同体系。首先分析城市创意产业空间集聚知识网络协同的三大机制，再以绩效优势实现为导向，对与创意产业集聚复杂性系统高度匹配的核心模块与要素进行知识网络协同的重构和优化，以解决知识网络协同模式的选择问题，最终为我国城市创意产业空间集聚的发展提供政策依据。

城市创意产业空间集聚作为推进城市产业区域建设的新趋势和新方向, 在提升城镇建设实效、完善深层次空间构建和高质量区域创新等方面具有重要的时代价值。知识网络是城市创意产业空间集聚的关键载体，对创意产业的地理布局和资源配置效率起到优化效应。本项目回顾了创意产业集聚、知识网络演化和组织协同共生等多方面文献的基础上，立足中国创意城市发展现实，运用新经济地理学和复杂适应性系统理论，搭建了一个描述创意产业空间集聚构建因素和演化路径的理论模型，实证检验各组织要素、知识网络协同效应（知识溢出+互利共生）与创意产业空间集聚之间的内在关系。.本项目的主要研究内容：第一，文献综述。第二部分，城市创意产业空间集聚的背景分析与现象描述。第三部分，城市创意产业区的空间集聚度及组织驱动系统研究，包括空间集聚度驱动机理的模型构建、指标设计和实证检验。第四部分，创意产业知识网络知识扩散机制分析。第五部分，知识溢出与互利共生视角下创意产业集群形成机理的实证检验。第六部分，城市创意产业空间集聚的对策研究。.本项目的重要结果：第一，回顾文献，创意产业空间集聚的概念内涵相较于园区和集群具有更广的边界，包括地理邻近性、组织邻近性、关系邻近性、认知邻近性；第二，创意产业内部企业间存在广泛经济合作，知识网络具有较高密度；第三，课题组编制的创意产业空间集聚的质性指标包括八个维度，与客观数据指标存在高度相关性；第四，对平均场方程进行仿真后发现，在一定的知识传播率的基础上，稳定的，具有成长性的集群有助于知识在创意产业集群中的扩散，衰退的或者是状态不稳定的集群会从根本上抑制集群内的知识扩散；第五，人力资本和相关产业通过知识溢出、互利共生以及直接作用机制积极影响创意产业集群的形成，而文化环境和政策措施直接促进创意产业空间集聚。
