The clinical curative effect of Chiropractic therapy adjusting gastrointestinal function is distinct.The purpose is to study on the mechanism of Chiropractic therapy why it can adjust gastrointestinal function in aspects of vegetative nervous and neuropeptide substance. On the basis of relatively standard manipulation and stable clinical curative effect of Chiropractic therapy, we extract gastrointestinal electrical signals as effect parameters, to build the platform which can observe the effects on gastrointestinal function with Chiropractic therapy.We use corresponding characteristic parameters of electrical signals of vegetative nerve as observation indexes, to study the effects on functional states of the vegetative nerve with Chiropractic therapy which can adjust gastrointestinal function activities, and to study the influence on Chiropractic therapy effect when we change the functional states of the vegetative nerve; To detect concentrations of neuropeptide substance (SP ,VIP ,CGRP ,Ghrelin) in the WHBE rabbits' plasma and intestinal mucosa using radiation immunity technology. Finally, we observe dynamic changes of those indexes, then establish relevant database to extract corresponding characteristic parameters of Chiropractic therapy, vegetative nervous and neuropeptide substances, therapy effect, to explore the mechanism of Chiropractic therapy which can adjust functional gastrointestinal disorders, and to provide scientific basis for more extensive application of Chiropractic therapy on clinical therapy.
捏脊疗法调节胃肠功能临床疗效显著。本项目旨在从植物神经和神经肽类物质的角度研究捏脊疗法调节胃肠功能的作用机理。在捏脊手法相对规范、效应相对稳定的基础上,将胃肠电信号作为效应参数,建立捏脊疗法效应的动物实验平台。利用神经电生理技术,提取植物神经(交感、副交感神经)电信号特征参数,研究捏脊疗法对植物神经功能状态的影响,并研究人为改变植物神经的功能状态对捏脊疗法效应的影响;利用放射免疫技术,检测WHBE兔血浆和肠粘膜内神经肽类物质(P物质、血管活性肠肽、降钙基因相关肽、Ghrelin)的浓度,观察各指标的动态变化,建立相关数据库,提取捏脊疗法- - 植物神经和神经肽类物质- - 调节效应的相关特征参数,探寻捏脊疗法调节胃肠功能的作用机理,为捏脊疗法在临床上更为广泛的推广应用提供科学依据。
本研究从植物神经和神经肽类物质的角度研究捏脊疗法调节胃肠功能的作用机理。根据研究计划,首先建立了捏脊疗法调节胃肠功能效应动物实验平台,采用自行改良加工的应力传感器进行记录胃运动,并以此展开研究。以实验的方法为捏脊疗法的量化和规范化提供了一定的依据:证明了不同的捏脊手法对胃运动产生不同的效应,不同的手法刺激形式和刺激量对胃运动的波幅和频率都有一定的影响,而且在手法刺激形式、刺激量相同的情况下,对波幅的影响比对频率的影响更明显;证实了膀胱经捏脊对正常和胃运动过缓家兔胃运动波幅的影响更明显。从生物学角度直接证实了捏脊与胃肠神经肽类物质的关系,捏脊疗法通过改变神经肽类物质的浓度进而调节胃肠道的功能活动:证明了捏脊疗法可使急性胃运动过缓家兔的胃饥饿素、血管活性肠肽、P物质、血管基因相关肽含量向正常水平恢复。通过文献检索等方式建立和完善捏脊疗法疾病谱。
