Two types of coastal regions at different scales were chosen as studied areas. One was the coastal ten provinces (autonomous region) which include Liaoning, Tianjing, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong provinces and the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, and another was the Dafeng city which is located in the core area of coastal development region in Jiangsu province and belonged to one of high-potential development region in China coastal zone. In the study, the method of identification and information extraction of ecological function indicators for ecological land is to be studied based on multi-source data. The method of measuring the efficiency of ecological land conservation oriented to human living and production needs will be studied based on the indices of ecosystem services supply and demand for different units. The spatial and temporal changes in the efficiency of ecological land conservation and their driving forces will be explored. Under the theories of economic externality, public product, location theory and ecosystem service value, the spatial economic effects of ecological land conservation and management at different scales and its mechanism for regional economic development will be studied using econometric models and spatial analysis models. The theoretical hypothesis and model framework for the interaction relationship between the conservation and management for ecological land and regional economic development are to be proposed. On this basis, some policy suggestions on the synergistic development and optimization of ecological land protection and management and economic growth in China's coastal development regions will be put forward. This study will contribute to enrich case studies of land change science and theories of ecosystem management, and support technical and scientific methodologies for social-economic and environmental sustainable development in China.
本研究拟以我国城镇化、工业化快速发展的沿海十省区和盐城大丰2个尺度为研究区域,基于多源数据研究生态用地生态功能指标的量化和表征方法,构建研究单元生态系统服务供给指数和面向人类生活生产需求的生态系统服务需求指数,提出生态用地保护效率指标测度方法;借鉴经济外部性、公共产品、区位论、生态系统服务价值等理论,利用计量经济模型和空间分析模型,揭示滨海开发带不同社会经济发展阶段生态用地保护效率的时空演变规律及其影响因子,探讨不同尺度生态用地保护管理的空间效应及其对区域经济发展的作用机制,研究提出区域尺度生态用地保护管理与经济发展相互作用的理论假设与模型框架,并进行验证和修订,在此基础上,提出滨海开发带生态用地保护管理与经济增长协同发展和优化的政策建议,以拓展自然-人文复合生态系统保护与管理的理论,丰富人与自然相互作用过程和机理的科学研究,为我国沿海地区社会经济可持续发展提供指导和借鉴。
本研究以我国城镇化、工业化快速发展的沿海十省区和典型城市为研究区域,基于多源数据开展了生态用地生态功能指标的量化和表征方法研究,深化了生态功能指标的遥感信息提取,构建了基于均值地域及光谱单元的生物量多尺度估算模型,开展了生态功能指标植被有机碳、土壤属性制图;提出了面向生态系统服务供给和考虑人类生活生产生态系统服务需求的生态用地保护效率指标测度方法,分析了生态系统服务供需格局时空演变规律,探究了生态用地保护效率的时空演变规律及其影响机制;开展了不同尺度生态用地保护管理的空间效应及其对区域经济发展的作用机制研究,构建了区域尺度生态用地保护管理与经济发展相互作用模型框架,分析了生态系统保护对经济增长和环境的影响;从生态系统和社会系统维度提出了国土空间生态保护和修复科学认知、价值重塑与政策引导的研究路径,构建了“本底调查测度—多维认知—科学识别—价值重塑—规划调控—政策引导—技术支撑”从科学到决策的国土空间生态保护和修复研究逻辑框架,提出了生态网络构建及其关键区域精细化识别方法,应用于面向可持续城市生态系统管理的国土空间规划实践,并提出了生态用地保护管理与经济增长协同发展和优化的政策建议。研究成果进一步拓展了自然-人文复合生态系统保护与管理理论,丰富人与自然相互作用过程和机理的科学研究,为我国区域社会经济可持续发展提供指导和支撑。
