大都市区综合客运枢纽与城市空间耦合机理及发展模式研究

In current China, some comprehensive transportation hubs in the metropolitan area cannot function perfectly or disconnect with the development of land surrounding during the process of urbanization. Considering these existing problems above mentioned, the topic puts forward the concept of “Coupling Development”. First, the topic reveals the multi-scale coupling features, the critical factors and the mechanism of the development of comprehensive transportation hubs and urban space in macro, meso and mico level; on the basis, especially for the demand of China’s urbanization development, the topic conducts the research on classification of hubs, and offers the scopes and the features of the coupling between urban space and comprehensive transportation hubs in different types. And then the topic builds the theoretical framework of research systems on coupling development of urban space and comprehensive transportation hubs in the metropolitan area of China. Second, the topic conducts research in the two parallel levels, namely, coupling mode of urban space and in the metropolitan area and integrated traffic connection mode of comprehensive transportation hubs, and then builds the practice systems of the coupling development. Finally, the topic builds the index systems of coupling development and determines the factor weight by application of the analytic network process(ANP) and supports for planning and making-decision of urbanization development, and then theoretically and technically supports for the construction of China’s comprehensive transportation hubs.

本课题针对当前我国大都市区综合客运枢纽在城镇化发展进程中存在的自身功能不健全、枢纽建设与周边用地开发脱节等主要问题提出“耦合发展”的理念。首先，从宏观、中观、微观三层面揭示综合客运枢纽与城市空间的多尺度耦合特征、关键性影响因素及其作用机理；在此基础上，针对我国城镇化发展需要，开展枢纽分类研究，给出不同类型的综合客运枢纽与城市空间的耦合作用范围及特征，初步建构我国大都市区综合客运枢纽与城市空间耦合发展的理论体系框架。其次，在大都市区综合客运枢纽与周边用地耦合开发模式和大都市区综合客运枢纽一体化交通接驳模式两个并行层面，分项展开研究，构筑大都市区综合客运枢纽与城市空间耦合发展的实践体系。最后，构建综合客运枢纽与城市空间耦合发展的指标体系并应用网络分析法（ANP）确定指标权重，作为规划方案和开发决策的依据，为我国综合客运枢纽与周边城市空间的协调发展提供理论和技术支撑。
