Currently, China's urban development is tightly related to the upgrade of multi-mode regional transportation level. To improve the overall travel efficiency and achieve comprehensive urban function value with transportation superiority, therefore, is of great significance to the urban comprehensive passenger transportation hub and its adjacent area, which serve as the connection and coupling interface. As the planning of hub and adjacent area is constrained by issues such as lacking a thorough knowledge and systematic integration of related factors, the external and internal conflicts as well as disorders in system are sparked. In light of that, exploring the synergetic planning, which is the key issue of urban passenger transportation hub and adjacent area planning, would be a new topic both theoretically and practically. Taking both hub and adjacent area as research subjects and starting from the perspective of synergy, this paper attempts to achieve the following purposes based on the theory and methodology of Synergetics: to analyze components, characteristics and synergetic mechanism of hub and its adjacent areas' planning; to probe into dominant factors, crucial and restrictive issues on synergetic planning; to construct a measuring model for synergetic planning; to propose the assessment grading for synergetic planning; to summarize synergetic planning patterns; to establish synergetic planning' control system; and to bring forth methods and strategies concerning spatial optimization. This paper, overall, provides a brand-new angle together with quantitative control system as well as methods for urban hub and its adjacent area planning. The study but only enhances the scientificity and validity of planning compiling. Rather, it might also serve as a reference for researches in the same domain.
当今我国城市发展与多模式区域交通水平提升紧密相关,提高交通的全程出行效率并依托交通优势度实现综合性城市功能价值对于作为衔接、耦合界面的城市综合交通枢纽及邻接区非常重要。由于枢纽与邻接区规划受到各成体系、各方面复杂要素关系缺乏深度认识、二者系统性融合不强等问题制约,导致了枢纽与邻接区表象的和深层次的矛盾冲突及系统无序,因此,探索枢纽与邻接区规划的核心问题- - 协同规划在理论和现实层面是枢纽及邻接区规划的新课题。本研究以枢纽和邻接区两方面为研究对象,以二者协同为切入点,基于协同学等理论和方法,分析枢纽与邻接区规划要素与特征及协同机理,探询协同规划主导要素及关键性、限制性问题,建立协同规划测度模型,分析确定协同规划评价分级,总结协同规划模式,建立协同规划控制体系,提出空间优化方式及对策。为枢纽及邻接区规划提供新视角和定量化的控制体系和方法,增强规划编制的科学性和有效性,并可为同类研究借鉴。
随着我国社会经济的快速发展,作为城市重要经济带动作用的综合交通枢纽,其周边的建设带动,形成多种复杂的交通流。科学地规划枢纽与邻接区,不仅有利于提高交通网络容量和交通出行效率,而且有助于提升这一特殊区域的综合性城市功能价值。枢纽与邻接区可以视为一个整体系统下的两个子系统,它们相互间协同作用对两者的发展建设起着至关重要的作用。. 本研究以枢纽和邻接区两方面为研究对象,以二者协同为切入点,分析枢纽与邻接区规划要素与特征及协同机理,确定规划控制指标,总结协同规划模式,建立评价体系,提出空间优化方式及对策。研究将控制指标划分为规定性指标和引导性指标。通过概率分布模型得出规定性指标的标准值取值范围,并结合定性控制方法,对研究提出的19个指标提出具体的控制实施方法。总结出枢纽与邻接区协同发展的低协同、较低协同、较高协同、高协同等协同评价分级,并总结了各分级在公共服务设施配套和绿化环境建设、商业服务业设施开发、居住开发等在不同协同水平上的指标区间值和特征。. 以协同为导向规划城市综合交通枢纽与邻接区的新视点,为我国的典型城市综合交通枢纽与邻接区建设提供科学客观的反馈依据。为多学科融合,整合城市规划、交通、建筑空间等领域,展开跨学科研究,具有一定的理论意义。研究有利于提高枢纽整体运行效率和邻接区土地利用效率,避免盲目的开发建设,实现枢纽与邻接区的协同发展、城市交通的可持续发展、树立良好的城市形象,为国内即将或已经开始综合交通枢纽建设的城市提供规划控制思路及参考方法。
