For the quality problems often appeared in dam concrete construction due to the quality control being not in place, based on the theory of relay chain and quality gain-loss function, the relay chain seamless handover mechanism and the optimization calculation model of relay potential are studies, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the transfer process and optimizing the allocation of resources. The multivariate quality gain-loss function model and fuzzy quality gain-loss function are studied, so as to provide theoretical guidance for tolerance design of dam concrete construction. Quality gain-loss transfer model is studied to provide theoretical guidance and technical route support of critical quality source diagnosis and detection for dam concrete construction. By the results of the research, the quality of dam concrete construction can be controlled, the foundation of rapid construction with high quality for concrete dam and the creation of no-crack dam is laid, the quality management theory are enriched.
针对大坝混凝土施工中因质量控制不到位而常出现的质量问题,基于接力链与质量损益函数理论,研究接力链无缝交接机制及接力势优化计算模型,从而增强工序交接效率,优化配置资源;研究多元质量损益函数模型及模糊质量损益函数模型,为大坝混凝土施工质量特性的容差设计与优化提供理论指导;研究质量损益传递模型,为大坝混凝土施工关键质量源探测与诊断提供理论指导与技术路线支持。该研究成果可对大坝混凝土施工质量进行管控,为混凝土坝的高质量快速施工、创造无裂缝大坝奠定基础,丰富质量管理理论。
大坝混凝土具有结构体积大、水泥水化热大、承受荷载大、内部受力相对复杂等结构特点,其质量控制难度异常突出。本研究结合三峡三期工程大坝质量控制的实际,针对大坝混凝土施工中因质量控制不到位而常出现的质量问题,基于接力链与质量损益函数理论,研究了接力链无缝交接机制及接力势优化计算模型,从而增强工序交接效率,优化配置资源;研究了多元质量损益函数模型及模糊质量损益函数模型,为大坝混凝土施工质量特性的容差设计与优化提供理论指导;研究了质量损益传递模型,为大坝混凝土施工关键质量源探测与诊断提供理论指导与技术路线支持。该研究成果可对大坝混凝土施工质量进行管控,为混凝土坝的高质量快速施工、创造无裂缝大坝奠定基础,丰富质量管理理论,为全面保证和不断提升大坝混凝土施工质量找到了一些有效方法和途径。
