There were some problems existed in the systematics on Chinese Lycosidae, such as field surveying not enough, ignoring the studying on epigynum and palpal organ. Aiming to make some progress on these problems, with the support of this project, we gave a systematic sorting on the collections of wolf spiders deposited in the museum of the Institute of Zoology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (nearly 10,000 specimens), and went to several provinces and cities for field surveying. The total field time was more than six months. Nearly 20,000 invertebrate specimens were collected, which almost includes 6,000 lycosids. Meanwhile, we checked lycosid collections of other institutes and colleges. After making comparative study on male palpal organs of 122 species in 12 genera, the diagnoses of 11 genera of Chinese Lycosidae on palpal organs were concluded. Based on these results, a taxonomic study on wolf spiders from China was carried out. A total of 191 species in 14 genera was identified, which includes 28 new species to science, 1 new recorded genus and 14 new recorded species to China, males or females of 4 species reported for the first time. The study also covered the taxonomic study on lycosids from Taiwan area of China, and the result increased the wolf spider diversity of Taiwan from 4 genera, 10 species to 8 genera and 19 species. A primary study on phylogeny of the genera of Chinese Lycosidae was tried.
针对我国狼蛛科系统学研究仅处于新种描记的研究阶段,主要通过对外生殖器这一在蜘蛛进化方法具有独特意义的结构进行全面系统的比较解剖研究,澄清问题,订正错误,在此基础上对我国狼蛛科的系统发育进行探讨,以为我国在狼蛛科方面进行深入的研究奠定基础,缩小我国狼蛛科研究水平与世界研究水平之间的差距。
