Due to the optical complexity of coastal waters and the limitations of satellite lifetime, it is a good taste about how to accurately assess the long-term variations of Kd(490) by means of remote sensing from multi-sources satellite data, which is beneficial to understand the effects of global climate changes on coastal environment. Based on the researches reported in domestic and foreign scholars and our previous studies, the field-measured bio-optical datasets taken from Bohai, Yellow, and China East Seas (BYES) are used to discuss the bio-optical characteristics and then to explore the accurately remote sensing model of Kd(490) in BYES. Based on the fully understandings of the data qualities of SeaWiFS and MODIS-derived Kd(490) products, we explore to merge the SeaWiFS and MODIS-Kd(490) in BYES during 1997-2013. Combing with the satellite-derived sea surface temperature (SST) products, we try to illuminate the inter-relationship between Kd(490) vs. SST during 1997-2013 while the El Niño events happened. If this project can be performed as expected, the study results are beneficial to improve the retrieval accuracy and long-term monitoring mechanism of Kd(490) by means of remote sensing in BYES, which is contributed to improve our acknowledges about the inter-relationship between Kd(490) vs. SST and the effects of global climate changes on coastal aquatic environments.
考虑到近岸水体光学特性的复杂性和独特性,如何利用遥感数据,实现近岸水体Kd(λ)长期高精度的监测,是海洋遥感研究的重要任务之一。本项目结合国内外的研究报道与我们已有的研究基础,拟以黄渤东海为研究区域,以实测生物光学实验数据为基础,阐明渤黄东海水体光谱特征,构建适用于渤黄东海水体的高精度Kd(λ)遥感监测模型;结合海洋遥感温度、叶绿素a和总悬浮物浓度产品,阐明2002-2015年时间窗口内,厄尔尼诺事件期间,渤黄东海Kd(λ)和海温的联动趋势。本项目如能按预期完成,有利于提高渤黄东海水体Kd(λ)遥感监测水平,完善遥感技术序列监测机理,深化海温和Kd(λ)联动机制与全球气候变化对近岸海域环境的影响的认识。
考虑到近岸水体光学特性的复杂性和独特性,如何利用遥感数据,实现近岸水体Kd(λ)长期高精度的监测,是海洋遥感研究的重要任务之一。本项目结合国内外的研究报道与我们已有的研究基础,以黄渤东海为研究区域,以实测生物光学实验数据为基础,构建适用于包括渤黄东海的全球海洋水体的高精度Kd(λ)遥感监测模型,结合一维海洋动力模型实现了生物热效应的模拟,发现浮游植物生物热效应可导致表层海水最大3.48 ℃的正差异和次表层海水0.678℃的负差异。利用研制的算法对渤黄东海水色数据进行重新处理,发现1997-2014年期间,黄海的555nm波段后向散射系数(bb(555))、Kd(490)、叶绿素a浓度呈递增趋势;渤海的bb(555)和Kd(490)呈递减趋势,而叶绿素a浓度呈递增趋势;东海的bb(555)、Kd(490)和叶绿素a浓度呈整体递降趋势;理清了遥感反射率数据残差的波谱特性,研制了独具特色的卫星遥感反射率数据残差提取技术,解决了固有光学量产品时空不一致的国际难题,为用户正确评估水色产品质量提供了一种全新的衡量尺度。在JGR-Ocean等国际知名刊物发表SCI论文7篇,研究成果得到国内外同行的积极好评。
