Because the industrial automation being higher and higher, more and more motors required VVVF are working in industrial field. For sake of achieving the purpose of energy saving, the high voltage inverters put forward the motors regenerative energy back to the grid as far as possible. However, many high voltage inverters based on traditional cascaded multilevel topology drive high-power motors to run regenerative braking state, the grid of inverters connectted endure a power variation feed, which may lead to voltage rise of point of commun coupling and harm the safe operation environment, energy-saving effect of other high-power motors will be also affected. In order to overcome the above technical difficulties and improve the cascade multilevel topology, a multiport cascaded multilevel inverter(MCMI) is proposed suitable for multi motor energy feedback by the project. Not only the multiport cascaded multilevel inverter can work in energy feedback without active frontends, but also can make the motors Mutual usage of feedback energy inside inverter without being fed into the grid. The working principle of Multiport Cascaded Multilevel Inverters with energy feedback control strategy from the scientific level is analyzed, and key issues of feedback energy transferring bi-directional in multiport cascaded multilevel inverter without being fed into the grid is developed. The above research provides the feasible way to control the motor group's energy conservation .
目前工业现场中高压大功率电机群负荷的高能耗问题亟需节能手段,而级联多电平拓扑的高压变频器只针对单台电机进行变频调速和再生能量回馈控制,从提高系统集成度和效率以及简化系统结构和降低成本目的出发,同时为了填补和完善级联多电平逆变拓扑结构的理论体系,本项目提出多端口级联型高压大功率变换器概念,并给出一种三端口级联型AC/AC变换拓扑结构,目的是实现工业现场多电机负荷再生制动能量在该多端口级联型变换器内部相互传递与消纳,由此展开六边形结构的三端口级联型AC/AC变换拓扑及工作机理研究;两台电机接入的三端口级联型变换器的多电平SPWM调制策略研究;基于功率单元直流侧电压数学模型解析的三端口功率平衡控制策略研究。并在解决中高压大功率多源多负荷接入的多端口级联型AC/AC变换器的拓扑推演及功率平衡问题的同时将级联多电平技术拓展到多端口变换器领域。
