Hainan Province is located in tropical China, the rainfall is plentiful, abundant plant resources, accumulated rich for fungi live in dead branches resources, implies a wide range of dematiaceous hyphomycetes, however, less research on those group fungi currently, more lacking the systemic investigation and classification of genera and species. Intending by widely collection in Hainan Province fallen dead branches, based on the traditional taxonomy, combined the morphology, ecology, biology and teleomorph of hyphomycetes,carried out systematacially the diversity research of Hainan Province fallen dead branches dematiaceous hyphomycetes: 1) Revealing the diversity of the dead wood dematiaceous hyphomycetes from Hainan, and the laws of their distribution in different habitats, vegetation conditions. 2) Exploring the influence of different substrate on the definition of dead wood dematiaceous hyphomycetes and creared the classification system closer to nature. 3) Evaluating the taxonomic criterion of many important hyphomycetes, clarified the disorder among those dubiously genera and species, supplied or perfected the classification keys, and enriched the numbers of dead branches dematiaceous hyphomycetes.The study could provided the value suggestions for taxonomic study of dead branches dematiaceous hyphomycetes and have significance to the exploration of their diversity and accumulation of fungi resources.
海南省地处中国热带,雨量充沛,植物资源丰富,积累了丰富的适于真菌生存繁衍的凋落枯枝资源,蕴涵着种类繁多的暗色丝孢真菌类群,但目前对该类群真菌资源挖掘贫乏,更缺乏属种系统性调查和分类研究。拟通过广泛征集海南省凋落枯枝标本,立足经典分类,综合种菌的形态学、生物学特性与生态学的关系,系统开展海南省凋落枯枝真菌属、种多样性研究:1)解析海南省凋落枯枝暗色丝孢真菌属、种多样性与生境、植被等环境条件下的分布规律.2)探索不同基质类型对枯枝暗色丝孢真菌属、种多样性分布的影响,创立更贴近自然的分类系统;3)评价了暗色丝孢真菌部分重要属、种形态学划分标准及分类框架,澄清多个属、种的分类地位,补充或完善原有属、种分类检索表,丰富该类群真菌分类研究的内容。深入开展凋落枯枝暗色丝孢真菌系统分类研究提供借鉴,对探索凋落枯枝丝孢真菌多样性及菌种资源积累具重要的意义。
本研究基本完成了预定目标,取得了显著的创新性成果:1)充分挖掘了海南省凋落枯枝暗色丝孢真菌属、种资源,丰富了世界无性型真菌多样性的内容;2)系统开展了15属分类研究,发现新种5个,记录种10个,已报道种15个;3)解析了海南省凋落枯枝暗色丝孢真菌属、种多样性及其在不同生境、植被、海拔及气候条件下的分布规律;4)探索了不同植被结构对枯枝暗色丝孢真菌属、种多样性分布及生长发育的影响,创立更贴近自然的分类系统;5)立足经典分类,综合种菌形态学、生态学、生物学特性及有性型分类,评价了暗色丝孢真菌部分重要属、种形态学划分标准及分类框架,澄清部分疑难属、种的分类地位,补充或完善原有属、种分类检索表,丰富了该类群真菌分类研究的内容,本研究所取得的突出性研究成果为深入开展枯枝暗色丝孢真菌系统分类研究提供了重要借鉴,对探索枯枝暗色丝孢真菌多样性及菌种资源积累具重要的意义;6)发表或预发表4篇学术论文。
