Corinneae is one of the important group in Dionychan spiders of Araneae, but the taxonomic research of Corinneae is very poor in China and Southeast Asia, and the main problems in its taxonomy are: (1) the corinnid individuals are small and live in the secret habitat which leaded to difficult to be found, and resulting in the invistigation of species diversity far from complete; (2) the previously known species are not described very well and the more unisexual species, also due to lacking of detailed characteristic illustrations, especially lacking of a clear and stable evolutionary classification feature leading to difficult to distinguish the allied species, so that causing serious synonym phenomenon; (3) the relationships between families and genera are chaos, and missing the research of phylogenetic relationship. This project intends to research corinnids of China and Southeast Asia where with more diversity hotspots, basing on the wide range of collecting and loaning the specimen, from the morphylogy research (with the help of DNA barcoding) to find the stable classification feature to find more new taxa, to clarify difficult species and synonyms, to do corinnid taxonomic revision and phylogenetic relationships, to solve the problem of classification system. We think this project has important significance on the topic of clarifying Chinese and Southeast Asian corinnids systematics research in chaos.
圆颚蛛类是蜘蛛目分类系统中两爪类的重要组成部分,但我国及东南亚对该类群的研究相当贫乏,其分类学研究面临的主要问题是:(1)圆颚蛛个体小,生活环境隐秘而导致难以发现,因而造成其多样性调查远未完成;(2)早期已知物种缺乏准确的特征图,且描述也不够细致,单性种发表较多,特别是对近似种的分类缺乏明确且稳定的性状特征,造成同物异名现象严重;(3)圆颚蛛科、属间亲缘关系混乱,系统发育关系研究缺失。本课题拟以生物多样性热点较多的我国及东南亚地区的圆颚蛛类蜘蛛为研究对象,在广泛采集和借阅标本的基础上,从经典形态分类中(借助DNA条形码等分子系统学手段)找出明确而稳定的性状特征,发现新分类单元,重新修正疑难种类,厘清同物异名,进行分类学修订性研究和对分类系统的关系进行分析,解决分类体系问题。相信本课题的研究对澄清我国及东南亚的圆颚蛛分类研究中存在的混乱具有重要意义。
本课题以我国及东南亚两爪类中的重要类群--圆颚蛛类为研究对象,在全国多个省市区及马来西亚、泰国等地进行了广泛采集,共采集圆颚蛛类标本1000余号;在此基础上共发现1新亚科、6新属、6中国新记录属、82新种、5中国新纪录种、22新组合、1新异名、7雄性新发现和11雌性新发现,使我国的圆颚蛛类蜘蛛提升到183种,较研究前提高88%;发表文章10篇(其中SCI 文章8篇)。在尽可能充分调查和鉴定中国圆颚蛛类物种的基础上,进行分子实验,共获得COI序列723条,包含142个物种,以此构建了中国圆颚蛛类DNA 条形码数据库;并结合网上已有的国外圆颚蛛类物种数据,选取线粒体基因COI片段和核基因28S rRNA片段,分析了我国圆颚蛛类各科属之间的系统发育关系,修订和建立符合或接近该类群进化历史的系统分类体系。
