与狼共舞：后发企业在不对称国际研发联盟中的知识协同机制与创新追赶

Based upon perspectives of value creation, value capturing and their context, this project focuses on knowledge synergy mechanisms in asymmetric international R&D alliances and latecomer firms’ innovation catch up, by using various research methods such as qualitative research, large sample survey, and second hand data analysis. ..The main points of this project are as follows..First, from the view of latecomer firm who is at the disadvantaged position in a dyadic asymmetric international R&D alliance, this project proposes a framework of knowledge synergy and innovation catch up. .Second, by integrating value creation and value capturing perspectives, this project addresses the problem of asymmetry in alliance and strategic issues. .Third, this project also elaborates the unique institutional environment of a transitional economy from the perspective of institutional complexity theory, and proposes a framework of how institutional complexity influences international R&D alliance. ..At least three contributions emerge. .First, this project contributes to literature of asymmetric international R&D alliance by elaborating the asymmetry in alliance and knowledge synergy from the latecomer firms’ perspective. .Second, this project contributes to the literature of latecomer firms by proposing a framework of market, technological and strategic mechanisms for ensuring the knowledge synergy and innovation catch up process. .Third, this project also has important practical implications for Chinese firms and governments.

本课题基于“价值创造过程-价值获取过程-情境影响过程”这三个视角，通过探索性案例研究、大样本实证检验等研究方法，聚焦于不对称国际研发联盟中的知识协同与后发企业创新追赶这一核心内容。.首先，本课题从二元不对称国际研发联盟中处于弱势的后发企业角度出发，搭建知识协同机制与创新追赶理论框架；其次整合价值创造和价值获取视角，提出国际研发联盟不对称性和后发企业战略措施的保障机制框架；最后从制度复杂性视角解构转型经济的独特制度环境，提出制度复杂性对于国际研发联盟构建作用机制模型。.本课题的意义在于：从面临技术能力、市场能力和制度环境劣势的后发企业角度出发，深化了不对称国际研发联盟文献中知识协同机制研究；从后发企业主动性角度出发，搭建了通过市场、技术、战略机制保障国际研发联盟中知识协同对于创新追赶的作用机制模型，深化了后发企业追赶文献；为后发企业和政府部门就国际研发联盟建立提供相应政策建议。
