企业技术知识基础对独立创新、合作创新及其协同效应的影响机理研究

The negative relationship between the interaction of independent and collaborative innovation capability indicates that Chinese firms fail to synergize these innovation activities to enhance firm performance. We intend to conduct a systematic study of the mechanism of influence of firms’ knowledge base on independent innovation, cooperative innovation and its synergy theoretically and empirically with the methods of comparative research and multiple regression analysis etc. First of all, we plan to explore the effect of the structure of knowledge base on firms’ independent innovation performance, and investigate the mediating influence of knowledge integration capability. Secondly, we try to analyze how the structure of knowledge base influence the cooperative innovation performance, based o the mediating effect of knowledge acquisition capability and knowledge integration capability. At last, we propose to discuss how the structure of knowledge base impacts the synergy of independent innovation and cooperative innovation, which is composed of balance dimension and combined dimension, and we also study the effect on matching-relationship of knowledge base and the choice of technological innovation on the innovative performance. Through the mechanisms of the structure of knowledge base and innovation, this project can not only theoretically improve and deepen the understanding of technological innovation, but also provide constructive suggestions and implications for enterprises on optimizing the structure of knowledge base.

我国企业独立创新能力和合作创新能力之间相互抑制，表明企业并未有效整合独立创新和合作创新实现绩效的提升。而现有文献从知识角度对影响独立和合作创新的因素与机理等现实问题关注不足。本项目从基础理论、实证分析和国内外比较研究等方面展开，系统分析企业技术知识基础对独立创新、合作创新及其协同效应的影响机理。首先，分析企业技术知识基础多维度特性通过知识整合能力影响独立创新绩效的作用机制。其次，论证企业技术知识基础通过知识获取能力和知识整合能力影响合作创新产出的作用机理；最后，探讨企业技术知识基础多维度特性对协同效应平衡性和互补性的差异性影响，并探讨企业技术知识基础、独立创新和合作创新及其协同效应的匹配关系对整体创新绩效的作用。通过研究基于技术知识基础的企业独立创新、合作创新及其协同效应对创新绩效的影响机制，可以从理论上完善和深化技术创新理论，为企业设计、调整和优化技术知识基础结构提供建议和参考。

我国企业独立创新能力与合作创新能力之间相互抑制，表明企业并未有效整合独立创新和合作创新实现绩效提升。现有文献从知识角度对影响独立和合作创新的因素与机理等显示问题关注不足。基于知识基础理论，本项目探究了企业技术知识基础特性对整体技术创新绩效的影响，并进一步区分技术知识基础特性对独立创新、合作创新以及二者之间关系的影响。.首先，本项目认为技术知识基础特性是通过知识整合能力影响到创新产出的，由于创新产出包含有数量和质量两个方面，项目中引入了同时具备较多创新产出数量和较高创新产出质量的关键研发者概念。基于中国电子信息80家企业和生物制药362家企业自2009年至2016年申请发明专利为研究样本，发现企业技术知识基础多元度、广度与深度及网络特性对企业成为关键研发者具备差异化的影响，同时知识整合能力在其中发挥了显著的部分中介作用。.其次，项目分析了技术知识基础特性对独立创新和合作创新不同的影响路径。研究发现企业技术知识基础特性通过知识整合能力作用于独立创新产出。在探究企业技术知识基础与合作创新之间的关系时，通过理论与实证研究发现，技术知识基础多维度特性对企业合作创新伙伴的选择存在异质性作用。在此基础上，项目进一步分析了技术知识基础对合作创新绩效的影响过程，发现技术知识基础特性影响到知识获取的范围，进而作用于到知识整合效果，最终共同影响合作创新绩效。.最后，项目构建了企业技术知识基础特性对独立创新与合作创新协同性的影响模型，协同性包含有平衡性与互补性两个方面，分别分析了技术知识基础多维度特性对独立创新和合作创新平衡性与互补性的影响。实证研究结果表明，企业技术知识基础多维度特性对互补性和平衡性的直接作用是不同的。同时研究发现，独立创新与合作创新互补性正向作用于企业整体技术创新绩效，而平衡性则负向作用于技术创新绩效，而企业技术知识基础多维度特性对两类创新模式平衡互补与技术创新绩效之间关系起到显著的调节作用。
