饰胶蛋白聚糖对系膜增生性肾炎的抑制作用及其机制研究

通过建立饰胶蛋白聚糖（DCN）转基因大鼠系膜细胞株，体外培养及回输入大鼠Thy-1系膜增生性肾炎模型肾组织内，使其在原位过表达DCN，研究DCN蛋白聚糖对大鼠系膜细胞中TGF-B1及其受体的表达、MAKP信号转导分子和ECM合成的影响及机制，并观察体内DCN对大鼠Thy-1的ぴ錾陨鲅撞”涞囊种谱饔茫俅卜乐紊鲂∏蛏鲅滋峁├砺塾胧笛橐谰荨?.
