According to the hydrogeological conditions, natural environment, and long-term working conditions, a number of studies on long-term performance and service life of urban tunnel lining structure in Notrthwest China are carried out. First of all,based on each erosion factors affecting long-term performance of the concrete lining structure,some deterioration tests of material properties are performed in order to reveal the evolution of the degradation process of lining material properties and, and to obtain a quantitative evaluation parameters of material properties degradation. Second, the interior structrural model which is similar to actual tunnel lining with working environment and stress state are made, and model tests of tunnel lining structure damage and failure are carried out in the multivariate synergy conditions in order to reveal the damage morphology of the overall tunnel lining structure, formation mechanism of structural damage, and degradation evolution of structural performance.Third, some researches on modes and methods of long-term corrosive monitoring of tunnel concrete structure are carried out under erosion environment in order to establish a model of real-time assessment and predictive of tunnel lining corrosive. Finally, through in-depth analysis of damage formation process and long-term perfomance degradation rule in the full life cycle of tunnel lining structure, a new methods of long-term performance evaluation and service life prediction based on probability are proposed for urban tunnel lining structure under the erosion enviroment in northwest China.These researches will have very important scientific significance to improve the durability and service life of the underground concrete structure.
根据西北地区地下混凝土结构所处的水文地质状况、自然环境、及长期工作条件,开展城市隧道衬砌结构长期性能及服役寿命研究。首先,针对影响隧道衬砌结构长期性能的各侵蚀因素进行混凝土衬砌材料性能劣化试验,以揭示隧道衬砌材料性能的劣化过程与演变规律,获取材料性能劣化定量评价参数。其次,在室内制作与隧道结构具有相似工作环境及受力状态的结构模型,进行在多因素协同作用下隧道衬砌结构损伤破坏模型试验,揭示隧道衬砌整体结构的破坏形态、损伤形成机理及结构性能退化演变规律。再次,开展侵蚀环境下隧道结构腐蚀性长期监测模式及系统研究,提出隧道衬砌结构的腐蚀性长期监测模式与方法。最后,以试验与腐蚀监测为基础,通过深入分析全生命周期隧道衬砌结构损伤形成过程及长期性能退化规律,建立一种基于时实动态参数修正的侵蚀环境下城市隧道衬砌结构长期性能及服役寿命预测模型。成果对西北地区地下混凝土结构耐久性及服役寿命研究具有重要科学意义。
