Currently, the enterprises are facing the dual challenges of reducing the supply chain risk and improving customer service level in practical operation management. Considering the decision characteristics of the perishable supply chain, and introducing the option contracts game into enterprise decision-making, this project studies systematically the option contracts game models for perishable supply chain management with service-level constraint. On the principle of from separation to integration and from theory to practice, the project, taking into consideration the decision scenarios of service requirement and option contracts game, adopts the theories of non-cooperative game, stochastic inventory theory, random constrained programming and dynamic programming, the methods of robust optimization, KKT optimal condition, network optimization, numerical simulation, and intelligent algorithm. Firstly, we study the retailer's optimal ordering policies with and without the spot market respectively. Then we study the manufacturer's production policies with and without the capacity constraints respectively. Based on the above research, we study the bilateral coordination and optimization policies for supply chain from the perspectives of retailers and manufacturers. Finally, we apply the theoretical results above to fresh produce supply chain and telecommunication products supply chain for empirical and case studies, inspect the theories and guide the management practice so as to realize the win-win situation of increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
本项目结合企业面临降低供应链风险和提高顾客服务水平双重挑战的实际运作情况,针对易逝品供应链的决策特质,将期权博弈引入企业决策,系统深入地研究服务水平约束下易逝品供应链管理的期权博弈模型。本项目综合考虑服务水平约束和期权博弈的决策环境,遵循"先分解后集成,从理论到实践"的研究思路,运用非合作博弈理论、随机库存理论、随机约束规划和动态规划等理论,结合鲁棒性最优化方法、KKT最优化条件、网络优化方法、数值仿真和智能算法等方法,首先分不考虑现货市场和考虑现货市场两种情况研究易逝品零售商的最优订货策略;然后分不考虑产能约束和考虑产能约束两种情况研究易逝品制造商的最优生产策略。在此基础上,集成研究零售商视角与制造商视角的供应链双边协调优化策略。最后,将上述理论成果应用于生鲜农产品供应链与电信产品供应链进行实证和案例研究,检验完善理论并指导管理实践,从而实现企业收益增加与顾客满意度提高的共赢。
本项目结合企业面临降低供应链风险和提高顾客服务水平双重挑战的实际运作情况,针对易逝品供应链的决策特质,将期权博弈引入企业决策,系统深入地研究服务水平约束下易逝品供应链管理的期权博弈模型。在项目支持下,项目主持人跟项目组成员和合作者发表SCI/SSCI检索的国际重要期刊论文30篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者论文29篇,SCI一区期刊(Q1)论文12篇,SCI二区期刊(Q2)论文10篇;项目主持人陈旭教授应邀4次担任国际学术会议的大会主席,5次担任国际学术会议的大会报告人;先后获得工业工程领域顶级期刊IIE Transactions最佳论文奖(Best Paper Award)、中国管理学青年奖、四川省学术和技术带头人、四川省科技进步奖二等奖、四川省社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖和三等奖等多项奖励。研究成果被四川省政府和多个公司采纳应用。
