The research group has studied the basic theories and models about human resource management and development in enterprises, explored the roles and processes of the human resource management which played in business management efficiencies, established comprehensive models of human resource management and development, evaluation theory systems for senior managers, demands characteristics of workers, encouragement and supervision system, human centered management models from perspectives of management, psychology, and economics, making use of the methods of system analysis, model comparison and demonstration. On this base, we have used empirical study methods through a large survey analysis to study the motivation mechanism, basic theories of employee evaluation, and management countermeasures from the following the areas: decisions on downsizing, fair management, compensation structure and competence characteristics, basis theory of measure and management proposes were investigated and researched, a series of important conclusion. We believe that the conclusions that we have drawn are valuable ones.The research group has published six books and 86 papers. We have also written some research reports and working papers.Through this research project, we think that we have advanced the level of human resource management theory research and empirical studies in China, promoted the academic exchanges and cooperation with counterparts throughout the world, formed our own academic styles and characteristics aspect, trained the leaders for human resource management areas and produced high quality of graduate students. .
本课题从提高我国企业经营效益和市场竞争力出发,以理论研究为基础,通过理论建构、模式比较和实证分析,对企业人力资源管理与开发的理论基础和适用模型进行了深入的研究,对企业员工在经济转型时期的心理变化、需求特征、价值取向、激励—监控机制、成就方式、学习模式等进行全面的探索,为企业人力资源管理与开发实践提供科学依据和政策建议。.
