In these years, with the serious deterioration of environment, global economics and commerce are developing in a low-carbon trend. To respond to series of protocols and frameworks proposed by the United Nations, many countries establish the low-carbon policies, such as carbon tax, emission trade and carbon quotas. With the implementation of low-carbon policies by the government and the growing demand of low-carbon products, the perishable and long-distance transportation characteristics of the fresh products brings much more challenge and risk for the manager of fresh product supply chains. Under the low-carbon environment, therefore, the research of the operation optimization for the fresh product supply chain has important theoretical significance and application prospects..This project, with the comprehensive consideration of low-carbon policies, customers' low-carbon preferences and the features of the fresh products, will discuss the carbon emission reduction decision, pricing strategies, coordination mechanisms and risk control strategies. The project tries to do a systematic study on supply chain distribution network design of fresh products, especially the online sales mode under low-carbon environment. It aims to optimize the network layout and control risk of the supply chain. By properly describing the risk that the low-carbon fresh product supply chain faces, customers’ low-carbon preferences and the preservation efforts of policy makers, by using stochastics process, game theory, dynamic programming and numerical analysis, we will develop proper models from the perspectives of operations research and management science to obtain the optimal carbon emission reduction and keep-fresh cooperative strategies. Such findings of the research will provide decision maker a series of management theory and method.
