Due to complexity of moving parts, randomness of space operating environment and diversity of failure modes on deployable mechanisms of folding wings used aircrafts, modeling and design method of the mechanism working reliability simulation is proposed based on its digital prototyping. Considering accuracy, timeliness, continuity and coordination of the deployable mechanism, dynamic transferring rule in the case of load spectrum diversities is researched, failure modes and mechanisms are determined, failure mode database and failure criterion are built up. By making the theoretical model on the mechanism working reliability considering its motion randomness, describing and quantitative method between input feature and output response is built. Using the software integration including 3D modeling software, multi-body dynamic analysis software, finite element analysis software and reliability analysis software, an integrated platform of the mechanism working reliability simulating for folding wing can be performed. The mechanism working reliability is quickly assessed by utilizing simulative experiment data,the quantitative design method on the the mechanism working reliability is formed and quantitative analysis of the deployable mechanism working reliability in the design stage is effectively solved, which provides the base for improving the level of its working safety and reliability on deployable mechanisms of folding wings used aircraft weapon equipments.
针对飞行器用折叠翼展开机构运动部件的复杂性、空间运行环境的随机性及失效模式的多样性,提出基于数字样机的工作可靠性建模与设计方法。从折叠翼展开机构工作的准确性、及时性、连续性与协调性出发,研究基于载荷谱多样性的折叠翼展开机构动力学传递规律,确定失效模式与失效机理,构建失效模式数据库并定量确定失效判据。通过建立考虑运动随机性的折叠翼展开机构工作可靠性理论模型,确定其输入特征与响应特征的描述和定量化方法。综合集成三维建模、多体动力学分析、有限元及可靠性分析等软件,建立折叠翼展开机构数字样机的工作可靠性集成仿真平台,完成折叠翼展开机构工作可靠性的仿真试验与评价,实现利用仿真试验数据对折叠翼展开机构工作可靠性的快速评定,形成折叠翼展开机构工作可靠性的量化设计方法,有效解决设计阶段展开机构工作可靠性定量分析难题,为提高飞行器类武器装备中折叠翼展开机构的工作安全性与可靠性水平提供依据。
