产业集群内裂变型新创企业生成机理研究

The study is based on the theoretical background of the continuously increased attention of entrepreneurship researches to such a new pioneering way of spin-off entrepreneurship. Spin-off entrepreneurship is more influential than the traditional way of starting from scratch, and its entrepreneurial activities within industrial clusters enjoy more unique characteristics, while the existing theories cannot explain it effectively. According to the previous judgments, the research is penetrated from the spin-off entrepreneurial activities within industrial clusters, and new spin-off enterprises are taken as the research objects. In the paper, the formation mechanism of spin-off enterprises within industrial clusters is explored thoroughly. On the basis of the existing theories, including prior work experience, resignation and entrepreneurial motivation, spin-off entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurship promotion by industrial clusters, and social capital, by means of comprehensively applying case studies, grounded theory analysis, mathematical statistics, model testing, and other qualitative and quantitative research designs and methods, the cultivation of potential entrepreneurs within industrial clusters, the formation of entrepreneurial motivation within industrial clusters, new venture establishment of spin-off entrepreneurship within industrial clusters, the formation mechanism of spin-off entrepreneurship including opportunity, resources and team within industrial clusters are investigated specifically. As an important supplementary composition, electrical appliance industry cluster is under intensive study. At the end, the formation mechanism and unique properties of spin-off entrepreneurship within industrial clusters are revealed and specific suggestions are put forward.

基于创业研究对裂变型创业这一新型创业方式的关注持续升温的理论背景，本项目立足于裂变型创业相比传统白手创业更具影响力，产业集群内的创业活动具有独特属性而既有理论难以有效解释的基本判断，以产业集群内部的裂变型创业活动为切入点，以裂变型新创企业为研究对象，深入探究产业集群内部裂变型新创企业的生成机理问题。本项目以先前工作经验理论、离职创业动机理论、裂变型创业理论、创业学习理论、产业集群促进创业理论、社会资本理论等既有理论为基础，通过综合运用案例分析、扎根理论分析、数理统计与模型检验等定性与定量相结合的研究设计与方法，先是深入探究产业集群内裂变型创业者的培养、产业集群内裂变型创业动机的形成、产业集群内裂变型新创企业的创建，然后再系统研究基于机会、资源和团队的裂变型新创企业生成机理，并通过针对家电产业集群内裂变型新创企业生成机理的细致研究与前述研究进行比较和深化，最终揭示中国情境下产业集群内部裂变型新创企业的生成机理与独特属性，并提出针对性的对策建议。

在千姿百态的新企业创建活动中，具有一定先前工作经验的创业者离开母体企业创建独立的新企业，这种独特的新企业创建方式由于受创业者在母体企业工作经历的影响，往往具有自身独特的发展规律，也比传统白手创业更具影响力。除了母体企业会孕育和衍生裂变新创企业以外，产业集群也是裂变型新创企业得以创建的重要孵化器和关键外部因素。创业研究对裂变创业这一新型创业方式的关注持续升温，产业集群内的裂变创业活动具有独特属性而既有理论难以有效解释，因此，以产业集群内部的裂变创业活动为切入点，以裂变新创企业为研究对象，系统研究产业集群对裂变新创企业生成过程的影响，细致识别产业集群环境下裂变新创企业创建过程的独特规律，深入探讨产业集群环境下裂变新创企业的生成机理。依托扎根研究方法，围绕潜在创业者培养、创业动机形成、创业学习及新企业创建这些裂变新创企业生成过程关键元素，通过对家电产业集群、医药产业集群、纺织机械产业集群等国内典型产业集群内部的裂变创业现象进行深入实地的调研分析，项目组收集并整理了大量颇具价值的关键数据。进而，在基于产业集群外在影响的潜在裂变型创业者培养、基于产业集群外在影响的裂变型创业动机形成、基于创业学习及产业集群内社会资本的裂变型企业创建、基于创业核心要素的产业集群内裂变型新创企业生成机理、家电产业集群内裂变型新创企业生成机理等方面，取得了一系列新的研究成果。最终，发表标注项目资助的高质量论文17篇，其中CSSCI来源期刊论文14篇；作为第一标注的国家自然科学基金委认定的期刊论文8篇，其中A类期刊4篇，B类期刊4篇。研究成果对有效指导产业集群内裂变创业活动的成功开展、对充分发挥产业集群与母体企业以及裂变新创企业的互动优势、对构建共创共享共融的以裂变创业为主导特征的创业商业生态系统，均具有很好的借鉴价值。
