转型期中国居民收入差距：度量、效应、影响因素及干预对策研究

With respect to the Study on the residents' income gap problem in the transition period of China .First, the project team will investigate the measure methods of residents' income gap in China's transition and make feature analysis, following, select Theil index as metrics ,collect sample data and correct variance.Then the project team will estimate the income gap between residents in the target, space and time dimensions, analysis stage, space and structural characteristics of the residents' income gap. Secondly ,the project team will definite the economic and social effects of the residents 'income gap, specific analysis of both effectiveness and use of the panel model to an empirical test on the long-run equilibrium relationship between the residents' income gap and economic growth causality. Again, get several variables that can influence the residents' income gap in China, do a confirmatory factor analysis, and analyze the unidirectional and the combined effects of various factors on the residents income by affect the subdivided residents of the various types of changes in the income gap, use structural equation model organic integration systematically derived transition led to changes in residents' income gap in China's key influencing factors. Finally, based on the idea of the "effect factors - intervention countermeasures" designing idea, combined with the moderate evaluation indexes constructed of residents 'income gap, policy recommendations intervention effectiveness and operability of residents' income gap are put forward.

在研究转型期我国居民收入差距问题上，首先，项目组考察了我国转型期居民收入差距的度量体系并进行了特征分析，选取泰尔指数作为度量指标，搜集样本数据并修正方差，继而测算出在目标、空间和时间维度上的居民收入差距，分析居民收入差距的阶段性、空间和结构特征。其次，界定居民收入差距的经济和社会效应，具体分析两种效益，并利用面板模型对居民收入差距与经济增长之间的长期均衡关系及因果关系进行了实证检验。再次，项目组系统地捕捉我国居民收入差距变动的影响因素变量，并进行验证性因子分析，然后分析了各因素对居民收入的单向和综合影响，通过将细分的导致各类型居民收入差距变动的影响因素运用结构方程模型进行有机整合，系统得出转型期导致我国居民收入差距变动的关键影响因素。最后，依据"影响因素-干预对策"的设计思路，结合构建的居民收入差距适度性评价指数，系统提出具有实效性和可操作性的干预我国居民收入差距的政策建议。

本项目按照项目申请书中批准的研究计划和内容顺利的开展了有关转型期我国居民收入差距相关问题的研究工作。通过为期四年的研究，已在转型期中国居民收入差距的度量、居民收入差距的经济效应、居民收入差距变动的影响因素、居民收入差距的干预对策以及经济体制改革与居民收入差距等方面取得了较为突出的研究成果。研究成果共计发表或已录用并发表28篇论文，公开发表在《数量经济技术经济研究》、《中国软科学》、《中央财经大学学报》、《财经理论与实践》等经管类权威期刊和CSSCI来源期刊上，并取得了良好的社会和学术反响。经过本项目的研究，项目组已经构建了一整套有关转型期中国居民收入差距度量、效应测度以及影响因素解析和的方法体系，并且通过多次开展实地调研，已经建立起中国居民收入差距的分阶段、分地区、分城乡的样本数据库，这为今后开展中国居民收入差距调节机制与制度安排打下了坚实基础，并逐步形成了有关中国居民收入差距问题的系统、稳定的研究方向。
