“城市结构重组”视角下的资源型城市工业地段已更新案例评价与应用研究

With structural reorganization of resource-based city as the goal, the project researches and evaluates the implemented case of industrial area update. Relying on the previous researches on resource-based city and its industrial area, the project tries to find the relation between industrial area update and urban structural reorganization by evaluating and analyzing the implemented case of industrial area update, so as to optimize the decision and operation method of industrial area update and finally promote the urban spatial structure reorganization. The main contents include: establishing the implemented case database of the industrial area update of resource-based city by a large number of field researches and conducting classification; confirming the relevant evaluation parameters and weights of implemented case and establish preliminary evaluation model; obtaining detailed information and evaluation results by selecting proper cases for secondary research,conducting corresponding comparison and analysis based on this, and summarizing the decision, design and implementation method beneficial to the industrial area update of urban spatial structure reorganization. The purpose is to get rid of the research perspective of only pursuing architectural form and spatial effect previously, organically combine the industrial area update and structural reorganization of resource-based city and provide theoretical basis and rules for the practices of relevant cities in the future.

本项目以资源型城市结构重组为目标，对其已实施的工业地段更新案例展开相关的研究与评价。依托前期对资源型城市及其工业地段的大量研究积累，试图通过对工业地段更新已实施案例的评价与分析，发现其与城市结构重组之间的关系，从而优化工业地段更新工作的决策与操作方法，并最终促进城市空间结构的重组。其主要内容包括通过大量的实地调研建立资源型城市工业地段更新已实施案例数据库并进行相关分类；确定已实施案例的相关评价参数及权重，并建立初步的评价模型；选择适当的案例进行二次调研获取详细信息得出评价结果，并在此基础上展开相应的比较与分析，总结有利于城市结构重组的工业地段更新的决策、设计及实施方法等，目的是摆脱以往一味追求建筑形态与空间效果的研究视角，使工业地段更新与资源型城市结构重组有机结合，为今后相关城市的实践提供理论依据与准则。

本项目以资源型城市结构重组为目标，对其已实施的工业地段更新案例展开相关的研究与评价。依托前期对资源型城市及其工业地段的大量研究积累，试图通过对工业地段更新已实施案例的评价与分析，发现其与城市结构重组之间的关系，从而优化工业地段更新工作的决策与操作方法，并最终在一定程度上促进资源型城市的转型。在实地踏勘及文献查阅的基础上，本项目组尝试建立了国内资源型城市工业地段已更新案例的数据库，并以此为基础将其更新的方法总结为六种模式；以此为依据，项目组通过对本领域之内相关专家的多次问卷调查，确定了资源型城市工业地段更新在社会影响、经济影响以及空间结构影响等三个方面的评价模型，确定了相关参数的权重以及数据获取的方法；更进一步，在数据库中按业态选择恰当的案例进行评价，采集相关的数据，得到评价结果并进行分析、比较，总结其中的规律。通过评价结果可以发现，不同类型的工业地段更新项目在上述三个评价方面的结果有着明显的差异，并且同一类型的更新项目在资源型城市中的评价结果也可与其他类型城市进行明显的区分；最后，以上述评价结果为依据，初步建立有利于城市结构重组的资源型城市工业地段更新的决策及实施方法。需要指出的是，虽然评价过程中相同类型的案例即便在不同的资源型城市中也呈现出一定的趋同性，但不同资源型城市之间的差异还是客观存在的，所以对于本研究结果进行应用还应对相关的数据进行细化。从相关的研究结果可以看出，影响资源型城市工业地段在上述三方面评价结果高低的首要因素在于业态的选择，因此希望本研究结果可以给相关的城市决策者提供一定的依据，使工业地段更新与资源型城市结构重组有机结合，从而摆脱以往一味追求建筑形态与空间效果的研究视角，使资源型城市工业地段的更新能够真正的融入城市的发展与转型之中。
