产业波及视角下的资源型企业可持续增长评价、影响因素与最优路径选择- - -源于内蒙古企业的经验数据

In theory, the growth of the resource-based enterprises is the result of increased resource requirements and industry spread effects. In reality, there are many companies in bankruptcy and liquidation, but "spread" does not seem to patronize. So, how to assess the effects of the industry spread in the growth of the resource-based enterprises? Are the resource-based enterprises of rapid growth excessive growth or inadequate growth? Traditional sustainable growth theory can explain? What are the factors that affect the sustainable growth? Which is the path of sustainable growth? The theoretical circle did not give the answer. The subject according to sustainable growth and industry spread theory, study through the method of case studies, survey empirical, dynamic optimization and so on: (1)Evaluate present situation of the sustainable growth in resource-based enterprises, establish evaluation model, and use the case data analysis and inspection. (2)Analysis the key factors that affect sustainable growth in resource-based enterprises, using of questionnaire survey data, establishing multivariate regression model, carrying out panel regression and testing. (3)Select the optimal sustainable growth path of the resource-based enterprises, applying of dynamic optimization method to optimize the choice. The research develop the meaning and evaluation methods of enterprise sustainable growth and industry spread theory; Analysis the key factors and path about sustainable growth of resource-based enterprises using empirical methods; The results provide theoretical support for formulating sustainable growth strategy of resource-based enterprises.

理论上认为，资源型企业的增长是由于对资源的需求加剧和产业波及效果的作用。但现实中很多企业破产清算，"波及"好像并未惠顾。那么，如何评价产业波及效果在资源型企业增长中的作用？高速增长的资源型企业，是增长过度抑或增长不足？传统的可持续增长理论能否解释？影响可持续增长的因素有哪些，可持续增长的路径在何方？理论界未给出答案。课题依据可持续增长与产业波及理论，通过案例研究、调研实证与动态优化等方法研究：（1）资源型企业可持续增长现状评价。建立评价模型，并利用案例数据分析、检验。（2）影响资源型企业可持续增长的关键因素分析。利用问卷调研数据，建立多元回归模型，进行面板回归，检验。（3）资源型企业可持续增长的最优路径选择。应用动态优化法，进行优化选择。研究拓展了企业可持续增长与产业波及理论的内涵与评价方法；实证分析了资源型企业可持续增长关键因素与路径；研究结果为制定资源型企业可持续增长策略提供理论支持。

资源型企业的发展不仅受宏观经济波及的影响，而且自身的高投入、高消耗、高污染的粗放型生产与缺少内部资源的配套也成为可持续增长的障碍。本课题主要研究的内容有：通过调查研究对资源型企业的样本进行数据与资料采集，建立数据资料库，采用Eviews进行数据处理，对基本现状进行描述性分析，同时应用修正后Higgins模型对其发展进行评价。然后，分别建立多元回归模型，并进行面板回归，发现影响资源型企业可持续增长的关键因素。在此基础上，采用动态优化法探索资源型企业可持续增长的路径。其重要研究成果与科学意义主要体现在下面的方面：. 1.选取典型企业，建立案例库与数据资料，采用了案例研究法，检验传统可持续增长理论的适用问题，回答传统可持续增长理论与方法为什么不能解释目前资源型企业可持续增长问题。研究结果表明：仅仅依靠传统的可持续增长模型不能评价高速增长的资源型企业可持续增长状况，传统的可持续增长理论不能用来解释目前的资源型企业可持续增长现状，需要进一步补充完善，进一步寻求其他因素探讨评价高速增长的资源型企业可持续增长原因。该部分的研究的科学意义在于：发现了传统的可持续性增长理论的内涵与评价方法的不足，并结合企业的具体实际情况，对其进行了必要的补充，从而完善了可持续增长的内涵与评价方法。. 2.建立数据库，采用实证分析方法，分析哪些因素影响资源型企业的可持续增长？其影响程度有多大？研究结果表明：资源型企业在成长过程中面临产业波动效果、资源耗竭递减、污染治理成本提供、企业并购效应、财务灵活性、财务风险、融资约束以及融资方式的选择等因素的共同影响，可以分为四大类，分别是经济效益、资源的控制与利用、管理者的能力与环境保护问题。其科学意义在于：有助于我们准确了解资源型企业可持续增长的关键因素，为下一步分析资源型企业可持续增长路径奠定基础。. 3.在前面研究的基础上，依据资源型企业可持续增长主要受到四种因素的约束，这些因素既有环境污染治理成本、资源储备等外生变量，也有管理能力等内生变量。利用动态优化法法建立资源型企业可持续增长的路径图，并对实现该路径图的方法与措施进行了详细的描述，提出了资源型企业实现可持续增长的政策建议。
