模糊不确定多属性决策方法及其在金融决策中的应用

This project is to study several types of fuzzy uncertain multiple attribute decision making methods and portfolio problems using the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making methods. Firstly, we are to study the hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic set, define the hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic arguments and their operation laws, and study the multiple attribute decision making methods based on the hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic information. Secondly, we are to study the multiple attribute decision making methods based on the linguistic arguments, uncertain linguistic arguments, intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic arguments, fuzzy values, type-2 fuzzy values, generalized fuzzy values, hesitant fuzzy values, etc. We would like to study the multiple attribute decision making methods with correlation and uncertainty in attributes, the methods can reduce information lose and distortion. Finally, we are to study the fuzzy portfolio problems based on the multiple attribute decision making methods and coherent risk measures. We generalize the proposed methods to multiple stages.

本项目拟研究几类模糊不确定信息环境下的多属性决策方法和基于模糊多属性决策方法的投资组合构建方法。首先研究犹豫模糊不确定语言集合，定义犹豫模糊不确定语言变量及运算律，结合已有的多属性决策方法和犹豫模糊不确定信息的特点，研究基于犹豫模糊不确定语言信息的多属性决策方法。研究基于语言变量，不确定语言变量，直觉模糊语言变量，模糊值，2型模糊值，广义模糊值，犹豫模糊值的多属性决策方法，研究属性具有相关性和不确定性的多属性决策方法，研究能够减少信息损失和扭曲的多属性决策方法。研究基于模糊多属性决策方法和一致风险度量的投资组合构建方法，并将所提出的方法推广到多期情况。

针对决策过程中信息的模糊性和不确定性，给出了能够更加准确灵活建模多人参与决策的复杂多属性决策工具-语言犹豫直觉模糊集和犹豫区间值直觉模糊语言集合，该集合是对犹豫模糊集，直觉模糊集和区间值直觉模糊集，语言集合的推广，给出基于语言犹豫直觉模糊的多少属性决策方法，包括广义语言犹豫直觉模糊混合集结算子的研究，语言犹豫直觉模糊交叉熵的研究，语言犹豫直觉模糊环境下基于Choquet积分的线性分配方法的研究，语言犹豫直觉模糊VIKOR方法的研究，语言犹豫直觉模糊距离度量的研究。完成基于中智直觉模糊信息的多属性决策方法的研，包括基于区间中智集的线性分配方法的研究和多值区间中智模糊线性分配方法的研究。所提出的概念和方法既丰富了模糊集的相关理论也丰富了决策科学的相关理论。所提出的方法都具有广泛的应用前景，可以用于解决大规模，复杂，多期的多属性决策问题，可以被广泛的应用到全球供应商的选择，厂址的选择，投资决策，项目评估等各个领域。
