According to the planning idea of "Graded Protection, Important Customer Security, Rational Distribution and Support Emergency Demand", to conduct the aseismic optimum layout of urban water distribution system , the first priority is to protect important water supply customers oriented earthquake disaster mitigation, it is the important means to avoid the important coustomers of water distribution system losing its function after the earthquake, to let the relief supplies play its role effectively after the earthquake disaster and reducing seismic losses .This project chose the intrinsic association between urban earthquake reduction and disaster prevention planning and water distribution planning as breakthrough point, considered comprehensively the scale of the service customers of water distribution system after earthquake, the severity of destruction and the importance of the timing of emergency relief, determined reasonably the needs of important customers and the post-earthquake emergency water supply, through the enhancement of the pipe seismic capacity and increasing the redundancy settings for the topology structure of pipe network, to realize the seismic safety and emergency relief function of urban water distribution system. This research will be carried out through analyses in three aspects that putting forward the quantitative method for the notes, importance of important water distribution customers oriented earthquake disaster mitigation, construction of optimum solution model of key pipeline layout covering the important customers oriented earthquake disaster mitigation and realization of renovating priority of the weak pipeline section in key water distribution system oriented earthquake disaster mitigation. To establish the basic theory and methods for important customers oriented earthquake disaster prevention planning of water distribution system, providing decision support for the earthquake disaster prevention planning layout of urban water distribution system, it has important scientific value and practical significance.
按照"分级设防、重点保障、合理布局、支撑应急"的规划理念进行城市供水管网的抗震优化布局,优先保障抗震防灾重要供水用户,是避免供水管网关键节点震后失效、有效发挥其震后救灾保障作用并减轻地震灾害损失的重要手段。本项目以城市抗震防灾规划和供水专项规划的内在关联为切入点,综合考虑供水管网震后服务用户的规模、破坏后果的严重性和应急救灾时序的重要性,合理确定重要用户及其震后应急供水的需求,通过增强管段抗震能力和增加管网拓扑结构冗余设置,实现城市供水系统的抗震安全与应急救灾功能。研究内容主要从提出供水管网抗震防灾用户节点重要性量化方法、构建覆盖重要用户的抗震防灾关键管网规划布局优化求解模型和实现抗震防灾供水关键管网薄弱管段的整建优先次序三个方面进行科学问题提炼,从而构建面向重要用户的供水管网抗震防灾规划布局基础理论和方法,为城市供水管网抗震防灾规划布局提供决策支持,具有重要的科学研究价值和工程实际意义。

J. Geotech. Eng.、《中国科学:技术科学》、《土木工程学报》、《北京工业大学学报》、《中国安全科学学报》、ASCE等期刊或国际会议上发表学术论文17篇,被SCI检索6篇、EI检索4篇;课题研究成果“城市地下管网系统综合防灾减灾基础理论与实践”于2015年通过省科学技术成果鉴定(豫科鉴委字【2015】第101号)(排名第2),鉴定意见“整体达到国际先进水平”,并在漳州、镇江、常州、南阳、扬中等城市抗震防灾规划编制中得到应用和推广,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。
