“互联网+”协同创新生态系统的组织模式与运行机制研究

The ‘Internet+’-based Collaborative Innovation Ecosystem (ICIE) is an important way to implement the innovation-driven development strategy, and is becoming a new trend in the innovation ecosystem studies. This project, firstly, based on the analysis paradigm of complex system, reveals the mechanism of the integration between the firm collaborative innovation ecosystem and the Internet through the perspective of combination between technology and institution, and describes the ICIE ’s connotation, characteristics as well as its function realization process. Then, this project focuses on the ICIE’s organization pattern and operating mechanism. By updating the Leavitt's diamond model, it analyzes the new organization pattern and process of the value co-creation between the institutional innovators and innovation communities. And the project reveals the operation mechanism of ICIE in its initial, maturity and self-renewal phases from three aspects, i.e. knowledge, organization and institution. Based on these theoretical studies, using QCA research method, through case studies and empirical research, this project tests the scientism and rationality of primitive theory and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This project will contribute to the development of the innovation ecosystem theory in Internet era, and will be helpful to guide the ‘Internet+’-based eco-transformation of collaborative innovation practices.

“互联网+”协同创新生态系统是实现创新驱动发展的重要载体，是创新生态系统理论研究的新问题新动向。本项目基于复杂系统分析范式，从技术与制度结合的视角揭示协同创新生态系统与互联网的融合机理，刻画“互联网+”协同创新生态系统的内涵、特征与功能实现过程。在此基础上重点研究“互联网+”协同创新生态系统的组织模式和运行机制，通过改进钻石结构组织模型剖析系统的新型组织模式，解析机构创新主体与创新社群的价值共创方式与过程；从知识、组织以及制度三方面揭示协同创新生态系统三阶段（培育阶段、成熟阶段及自我更新阶段）的运行机制。在理论构建的基础上，借鉴QCA等方法对“互联网+”协同创新生态系统的组织模式与运行机制展开案例和实证研究，提出相关对策建议，引导“互联网+”协同创新生态系统持续健康发展。项目研究成果将有利于促进互联网时代创新生态系统理论的发展，指导协同创新实践的“互联网+”生态化转型。

本项目基于复杂系统分析范式，分析了协同创新生态系统与互联网的融合机理，刻画“互联网+”协同创新生态系统的内涵、特征，进而重点研究“互联网+”协同创新生态系统的组织模式和运行机制。主要研究结论包括：（1）“互联网+”协同创新生态系统是在互联网技术和社会环境深刻影响下，各类机构创新者和个体创新者构成的线上线下结合的生态化创新组织体系，具有三个基本特征：基于互联网的知识资源配置；正式合作组织与网络社群结合的组织模式；以互联网思维为重要的创新方法论。（2）“互联网+”驱动协同创新生态系统价值共创行为的作用机理表现在双向连接、宏观-微观跨界和民主化决策机制。在作用机制下，各利益相关者之间的互动合作更加深入，机构与社群的价值主张和价值共创实践更加匹配，形成了多样化的价值共创行为。（3）“互联网+”协同创新生态系统有三种典型的价值共创（组织）模式，即机构引导型、社群推动型和机构-社群协同型。“互联网+”对协同创新生态系统价值共创的影响主要体现在发起主体、核心能力、价值主张、推进机制和价值实现五个方面。（4）“互联网+”协同创新生态系统的四种基本运行机制，包括线上线下相结合的资源配置机制、正式合作组织与网络社群结合的组织机制、基于互联网思维的创新主体决策机制和试探性治理机制。
