New energy, as a fundamental and strategic industry, is critical for a country with regard to the benefit and security. This forum aims for the communications and discussions for the research and development topics, problems and trends of mechanical equipments design and manufacture in the area of new energy. Experts and Professors from domestic and foreign universities, research institutes and well-known companies will be invited to be together. Two new developing industries, light emitting diode (LED) and solar photovoltaic (PV) will be focused on to improve the utilization efficiencies of light and decrease the product cost, among which the new idea and method, advanced equipments and manufacturing theory will be introduced in order to widen the view as well as deepen the theory system of the new academic direction, namely, light manufacturing. Three topics will be incorporated as follows, (i) design and processing of micro/nano functional light structures; (ii) design and manufacture of advanced equipments for LED; (iii) design and manufacture of advanced equipments for solar energy. The final consensus of this forum will provide the strategic research reports in regard to the development trend of equipments design and manufacture for these two industries, LED and solar photovoltaic, which as a result will promote significantly the competition of these two industries of China.
新能源利用一直是关系到国家利益与安全的基础性和战略性产业。本届论坛的目的是邀请来自国内外高校、科研院所和行业著名企业的知名制造专家/教授一起共同探讨新能源领域的装备设计与制造科学问题、研究热点和发展趋势。将着重关注“半导体照明”和“太阳能光伏发电”两大新兴产业,以提高光资源利用效率和降低生产成本为目标,探讨其中涉及的新思想、新方法、先进装备和制造理论,丰富“光制造”学术方向的内涵和理论体系。相关议题主要包括三大方面:(1)光功能微/纳结构的设计与成形;(2)LED先进制造装备的设计与制造;(3)太阳能先进制造装备的设计与制造。本次论坛达成的共识,将为“半导体照明”和“太阳能光伏发电”两大新兴产业的装备设计与制造发展趋势提供战略研究报告,从而促进产业竞争力的显著提升。
