Repairing damnified hematopoietic system is an important field in research of radiobiology.. Our focus is making clearly how rhBMP-2m made damnified hematopoietic system to repair? What 's mechanism of the gene regulating? We want to discover that the BMP-2m induce bone marrow multipotential adult progenitor cells to differentiate hematopoietic stem cells, to show multipotential adult progenitor cells can transform at special condition. Just the characteristic of multipotential adult progenitor cells, it may be a new theory, which will be used in therapy of acute radiation sickness and clinical hematopoietic disease..
