该课题以我们发现的rhBMP-2m能促进造血损伤的修复和与此有关基因的上调为基础,针对具多向潜能的造血间质干细胞(MSC)能否经过细胞分化因子rhBMP-2m的作用分化为机体所需的造血干细胞(HSC),选用细胞内转染绿色荧光蛋白质粒技术示踪、流式细胞检测技术检测HSC和MSC细胞表型特征CD34、Scal、Thyl+/low、SCF-R、CD38、c-kit+ 、CD 14、CD34、CD45 等
