内容关系互动下的在线医疗社区用户行为演化研究

Online Health Community (OHC) is booming in China. Users are eager to obtain information and emotional support from internet and Contents built by users and realtions created by users are the two key factors in the information service of OHC. The key scientifc problem is to understand the evolution of the interaction between contents and relations. In this project, we will fristly discover the patterns of user behavior in the OHC. Focusing on content, the subjects will be mining, and the behavior of information diffusion will be studied. Then, focusing on relations, the sentiment will be analyzed, and the behavior of trust will be studied. Finally, focusing on the interaction between contents and relations, multi-mode network analysis will be used to understand the behavior of network collaborative. Second, we will understand the role of OHC, and the evolution of interaction between users behavior and OHC. In the end, based on the patterns of user behavior, the recommendation of information will be studied. The realistic value of this project is to help ease the long-standing conflict between doctors and patients., and its theoretical value is to use computational experiment, random experiment and multi-mode network analysis to further understand the user behavior in OHC.

在线医疗社区正在国内快速发展，用户迫切需要获取医疗信息和情感支持。在线医疗社区用户创造的内容和建立的关系是其提供信息服务的关键要素，弄清楚两者之间的协同演化，是理解社区中用户行为的关键问题。本项目从内容关系互动视角研究了在线医疗社区的用户行为演化。首先，是对各种用户行为模式的发现研究。从内容出发，对内容进行主题挖掘，研究了信息传播行为；再从关系出发，对内容进行情感分析，研究了医患信任行为；接着从关系和内容互动出发，对互动进行多模网络分析，研究了网络协作行为。然后，针对在线医疗社区平台，研究了平台的作用，以及与用户行为的互动演化，研究管理预案的选择和执行。最后，是基于用户行为模式，构建信息推荐服务平台的研究。本项目在中国情景下弄清楚国内在线医疗社区平台的用户行为，有利于缓解长期存在的医患矛盾，具有现实意义；运用计算实验、随机实验、多模网络分析方法对用户行为的深入研究，将具有较高的理论价值。

在线医疗社区快速发展，用户对在线医疗服务的需求不断增加，此外，线下医疗事件通过网络方式迅速扩张，给社会造成极大的舆论压力。我们从社交媒体和在线医疗两方面展开研究，分析了在线医疗社区中的知识共享情况、用户朋友网络动态演化情况、用户使用意愿、医疗信息服务流动情况及患者择医情况，对健康式穿戴设备使用情况进行了分析；从医疗文本内容及用户关系两方面展开研究，分析了在线医疗社区中的用户角色及参与行为、医患信任、交互网络及行为、决策行为及知识互动行为；从在线医疗及医疗舆情两方面展开研究，分析了患者满意度情况、医生口碑、医疗舆情中的人肉搜索行为、医疗事件舆情传播演变规律及公众医疗需求变化情况。项目共计发表了CSSCI中文期刊论文21篇，SSCI英文期刊论文2篇，EI收录的英文会议文章共计8篇。本项目对在线医疗社区管理人员提高社区质量、对政府管理人员及社交媒体管理人员进行医疗舆情监管控制提供支持具有现实价值。
