In the Internet era, confronting the third industrial revolution, China comprehensively building an innovation-oriented society, the use of Web2.0 technologies to realize open innovation is very important. How effective coordinate knowledge agent in knowledge flows and human agent in swarm interaction in the process of innovation2.0 is a scientific problem to be solved. The project applies the "super-network" to organically integrate the two, and from the perspective of complex socio-technical systems uses the methods of social computing and informetrics to study the co-evolution of both agents. First, coordinative super network model is built. Second, based on super-network knowledge flow patterns through cross-media, cross-regional and the interdisciplinary and the interactive patterns during the emergence of swarm intelligence through the interaction of heterogeneous groups in Web2.0 are discovered using computational experiments and informetrics. Third, based on super network link analysis, the importance evaluation of the knowledge and the impact evaluation of knowledge through fusing the multi-channel and heterogeneous information are proposed. Finally, based on the above research, a prototype of decision support system is constructed and social media management and service in the innovation2.0 is built. The project has realistic value of solving the knowledge overload in the innovation process and the innovation damping for the transformation of innovation mode in the organizations at all levels of society, and has theoretical value of promoting the application of super-network in innovation research.
面对互联网时代的第三次产业革命,我国要全面建设创新型社会,利用Web2.0技术进行开放式创新显得非常重要。创新2.0中如何有效协同以知识主体为主的知识流动和人主体为主的群集交互是亟待解决的科学问题。本项目通过"超网络"将两者有机统一起来,从复杂社会技术系统视角,利用社会计算和信息计量的相关方法对两者的协同演化进行研究。首先,构建协同超网络的信息模型;接着,基于协同超网络对知识跨媒介、跨地域、跨学科的流动模式以及异质性群体通过Web2.0涌现出群集智能的交互模式进行信息计量和计算实验;然后,基于超网络的链接分析研究融合多渠道异质性信息的知识重要性和人影响力的评价算法;最后,在以上基础上研究支撑系统原型的构建,以及创新过程中社会化媒体管理和服务。本项目对解决创新过程中的知识过载和创新阻尼,为各级科技组织提高创新能力提供决策支持有现实价值;对推动超网络在创新研究中的应用具有理论价值。
互联网时代下,依靠Web2.0信息技术平台,由用户生成内容,依托外部智力资源、依托群体智能进行创新的模式越来被广泛接受。我们对创新2.0的相关理论和方法进行了梳理,对项目中的创新2.0中知识流动、群集交互、知识与群集互动应用三个方面展开了研究, 对创新2.0环境下具体的基金申请平台和共享短租平台中的用户行为分析进行了应用基础研究,基本建立了创新2.0决策应用的原型系统,在专著中,我们系统阐述了社会网络分析的集成方法。项目共计发表了SCI/SSCI收录的英文期刊文章共计5篇;发表了CSSCI中文期刊论文15篇;在科学出版社出版了学术专著1部。本项目解决创新2.0的知识主体和人主体的协同互动问题,为各级社会组织提高创新能力提供决策支持有现实价值,对推动超网络在创新研究中的应用具有理论价值。
