入门激励政策对在线医疗社区用户与平台影响研究

With the popularization of Internet-based healthcare, online health communities provide a possible solution to efficiently allocate and utilize health resources. Noting the particular operating mode, complicated interaction process, and low physician/patient engagement, some online health communities adopt introductory incentives to motivate new users. However, the impacts of such policies are still unclear. Based on online health communities, this project proposes three aspects of studies to explore the impacts of introductory-incentive policies on physician users, patient users, and platform performance. Drawing on the literature of monetary incentives, user lifecycle, online contribution, and platform performance, this project will explore the short-term and long-term impacts of introductory incentives on online health communities from different perspectives with multiple methods. Generally and theoretically, this project will help to understand the mechanisms of how introductory incentives influence online contribution, user lifecycle, and platform performance which can provide insights into the literature of monetary incentives and online communities. Practically, this project will also provide guidance to Internet-based health services for how to effectively use introductory-incentive policies and optimally distribute online health resources.

随着互联网医疗的普及，在线医疗社区为合理配置和利用医疗资源提供了可行方案。由于运营模式特殊、交互过程复杂、医患粘性较低，在线医疗社区通常利用入门激励政策激励新用户，但是该类政策的作用机制尚不明确。针对在线医疗社区，本课题拟从三个专题探索入门激励政策产生的影响：①对医生用户的作用机制、②对患者用户的作用机制、③对平台绩效的作用机制。结合用户生命周期、贡献行为、平台效率和平等性，从多视角、多数据源系统地探究入门激励政策对在线医疗社区带来的短期和长期影响。从理论上解释入门激励政策的作用机理、金钱激励对用户生命周期的影响，以及社区政策对整体绩效的影响，为金钱激励和在线社区研究提供理论支持和方法借鉴。本课题的成果有助于互联网医疗服务有效实施激励政策、改善服务设计，可以为更高效地利用和配置在线医疗资源提供理论基础和实践指导。

以在线医疗社区为依托的互联网医疗有了长足的发展，但是在线医疗社区面临着如何激励新用户的问题，因此入门激励政策被广泛实施，但是该类政策的作用机制尚不明确。对此，本研究开展了一系列相关研究：（1）入门激励政策对医生用户影响研究；（2）入门激励政策对新患者用户影响研究；（3）激励政策对平台公平性研究；（4）平台信息作用机制研究等。.基于课题发表期刊论文13篇(其中11篇SCI/SSCI检索)，会议论文多篇。另外有两篇论文在UTD24期刊审稿过程中。本课题的成果被应用于阿里健康与多家医院的互联网医疗业务，产生了实践影响，为高效地利用和配置在线医疗资源提供理论基础和实践指导。
