Intercropping soy-producing area of South & Southwest China has become one of the 3 most prevalent soy-producing areas. However, Southern soybean is harvested in late October, which is a long continuous rainy period over South China. During the long continuous rainy period,the soybean seeds were heavily infected with fungi; this result in reduction of soybean yield, serious danger to food safety. Greater urgency must be placed on the researches on mildew infection mechanisms and control measures. Our previous demonstrations shown that there was relationship between anti-field mildew activity and the color of soybean seed coat; we have also screened several soybean germplasm resources with high anti-field mildew activity. The objective of this study is to isolate the anti-field moldy constituents from black soybean seed coat based on the bioactivity and metabolomics analyses, elucidate their structures by spectroscopic and chemical analyses, determine their structure-activity relationships, and discuss the mechanism of anti-field moldy activity for soybean on the metabolites level, to establish theoretical foundation and provide technical support for the field mildew control.
西南华南间套种食用大豆产区成为我国大豆三大优势产区之一。然而,该区夏大豆收获期正值连阴雨高湿天气,籽粒霉变严重,产量损失大,危害食品安全,而大豆田间霉变的发生机理与防治措施尚不清楚。我们的前期研究表明,深色种皮大豆具有较好的抗田间霉变能力,并从中筛选出多个黑色种皮的高抗材料。本研究以前期筛选出的大豆高抗材料为研究对象,运用微生物分子生物学方法解析大豆田间霉菌区系,并结合天然产物化学方法,在抗菌活性和差异代谢组图谱的指导下,分离纯化大豆种皮中抗田间霉变活性成分,解析其化学结构、阐明其构效关系,从代谢物水平探讨大豆抗田间霉变机理,为大豆田间霉变的防治奠定理论基础,提供技术支持。
西南华南间套种食用大豆产区是我国大豆三大优势产区之一。然而,该区夏大豆收获期正值连阴雨高湿天气,籽粒霉变严重,产量损失大,危害食品安全,而大豆田间霉变的发生机理与防治措施尚不清楚。我们的前期研究表明,深色种皮大豆具有较好的抗田间霉变能力,并从中筛选出多个黑色种皮的高抗材料。本研究运用微生物分子生物学方法解析大豆田间霉菌区系,明确其致病菌为串珠镰刀菌。以前期筛选出的大豆高抗材料为研究对象,分析比较了不同抗性大豆种皮的显微结构特征,阐明了大豆种皮栅栏层在抵御霉菌侵染过程中的物理防御作用。同时,本研究采用天然产物化学方法,分离纯化大豆种皮中抗田间霉变活性成分,明确了表儿茶素、大豆异黄酮在田间霉变抗性中发挥的积极作用,从代谢物水平探讨了大豆抗田间霉变机理,为大豆田间霉变的防治奠定了基础。
