In pollution atmosphere,the metal surfaces are often covered by a thin electrolyte layer(TEL), corrosion under TEL and corrosion in bulk solution are all electrochemistry corrosion, but the mechanism of corrosion are different. Corrosion inhibitors of self-assembly type can adsorb on metal surface spontaneously and form protective film, which can restrain metal corrosion. When the metal is in the atmospheric pollution of the environmen,the inhibitor of the assembling, diffusion, and electrochemical behaviors are different from the bulk solution environment, which make the mechanism of inhibitive become a certain degree of particularity. At the same time, the interaction of inhibitor film and pollutant becomes more complex. In this subject, a home-made experimental device will be used to simulate atmospheric corrosion environment, the TEL will be an important index to control. Some inhibitors with different molecular weight size will form self-assembly film on magnesium surface, atomic force microscope (AFM) and electrochemistry method include electrochemical noise(EN) will be as research methods. The inhibitive mechanism of the self-assembly type inhibitors will be understand through in-situ investigative of morphology figure and electrochemical signals. In combination with the surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), the interaction between inhibitor film and pollutant will be research.
当金属处于大气污染环境时,金属表面会经常覆盖一层薄的电解液膜,液膜下腐蚀与本体电解液下的腐蚀都是电化学腐蚀,但其机理则存在着显著的差异。分子自组装型缓蚀剂通过在金属表面吸附并定向自发地形成保护膜,可以抑制金属的腐蚀。液膜覆盖下,缓蚀剂的组装、扩散、以及电化学行为均有别于体相溶液环境,使得作用机理具有一定的特殊性。因此在此条件下,缓蚀剂分子与大气污染物的相互作用也值得深入了解。本课题在模拟污染大气环境条件下,通过控制吸附薄层液膜的影响因素,用不同分子大小的缓蚀剂在镁表面自组装成膜,以原子力显微镜和电化学噪声等方法作为研究手段,原位观察缓蚀剂的组装过程中形貌图和电化学信号,进而了解自组装型缓蚀剂的作用机理;同时结合表面增强拉曼光谱研究缓蚀剂的吸附特性,从而进一步阐述缓蚀剂分子与大气污染物的相互作用行为。
