基于核心能力的企业竞争优势理论及其在管理中的应用

The project research aims to build up a fundamental conceptual framework of firm's core competence-based theory of competitive advantages, which provide explanations for the three basic issues, i.e., sources, inner logic and sustainability of competitive advantage, in the research field of competitive advantages under an integrated analytic framework from the systematic and dynamic view. Then some guidelines, principles and strategies, as well as some management tools, are studied and advanced for business and strategic management practices.

本项目力图建立基于核心能力的企业竞争优势理论，从系统和动态演化的角度，在统一的分析框架下对企业竞争优势中三个基本问题即企业竞争优势的源、内在逻辑和可持续性进行阐释。在此基础上研究企业在获取持续竞争优势的管理实践中所应遵循的指导原则、规律与策略，为企业战略管理提供科学的理论依据和管理工具。
