At present, China is in the process of urbanization on a large scale rapidly. As the forerunner zone of urbanization in the suburb of metropolitan area, satellite town areas provide typical platform for researches on land use/cover change. It is a basic proposition for optimizing spatial distribution of urban and rural land as well as restructuring spatial development in villages and towns to conduct a good research on the characteristics systematically and reveal the spatial evolution mechanisms of the village and town construction land in the satellite town area comprehensively.. Applying methods such as field research,"3S" technology, spatial econometrics analysis and space model, this project took the satellite town area as the study area. (1) It built the ‘form-pattern-function’ three-dimensional research framework of spatial evolution and acquired information about the spatial evolution of the village and town construction land. (2) It studied spatial-temporal organization rule and evolution stage characteristics of the spatial evolution about form, pattern and function of the village and town construction land quantitatively, and analyzed the coupling relationship between spatial evolution and surrounding background of the village and town construction land and finally revealed spatial evolution mechanisms for that. (3) It selected a spatial development model on a typical village and town construction land and made an empirical and normative analysis, on the basis of which this project summarized the spatial-temporal developmental characteristics of different models. (4) The project explored the reconstructed paths of village and town construction land and proposed development thoughts and countermeasures at 3 levels as follow: the industrial development-oriented, spatial structure optimization as well as spatial planning and control. The study not only deepens the accumulation of the theory and practice about exploring the underlying mechanisms of LUCC research, but also expands the thoughts of rural, urban cross geographical space research. In the context of new-type urbanization, the results could guide the practical work on the redevelopment of village and town construction land during transition phase of China.
系统研究村镇建设用地空间演变特征,全面揭示村镇建设用地空间演变机理,是优化城乡土地空间格局和重构村镇空间发展的基础命题。本项目选择卫星城区域,综合运用实地调研、“3S”技术、空间计量与空间模型等方法,1)构建“形态—格局—功能”空间演变过程的三维研究框架,全面获取村镇建设用地空间演变信息;2)定量考察村镇建设用地空间形态、空间格局、空间功能演变的时空组织规律及其演变阶段特征,剖析村镇建设用地空间演变与环境背景之间的耦合关系,揭示村镇建设用地空间演变机理;3)选取典型村镇建设用地空间发展模式进行实证和规范分析,归纳不同模式时空发展特征;4)从产业发展、空间优化和规划导控三个层面探索村镇建设用地空间重构路径,提出发展思路与对策。该研究不仅能加深LUCC机理研究的理论探索和实践积累,拓宽农村、城镇交叉地域空间研究的思路,而且能指导转型时期和新型城镇化背景下村镇建设用地再开发等实践工作。
土地利用/土地覆被变化是人类活动与自然环境相互作用最直接的表现形式。系统研究村镇建设用地空间演变特征,全面揭示村镇建设用地空间演变机理,是优化城乡土地空间格局和重构村镇空间发展的基础命题。首先,基于微观尺度观测卫星城区域村镇建设用地变化的时空特征,定量和定位分析了城镇化空间推进的过程及其特征,了解了村镇建设用地空间演变的驱动机制;其次,基于空间视角,探索了建设用地空间安全预警的思路与方法,使预警结果在空间上直观体现出来,并进一步基于建设用地适宜性评价确定的空间格局,划定了城市边界;第三,采用基于熵权-TOPSIS模型对村镇建设用地综合绩效进行了评价;第四,研究了农户生计分化特征及其治理方向,以及农户生计分化对农民新村建设的影响;第五,探讨了全域土地整治的“反规划”思路,提出了重构村镇空间的土地整治思路。通过项目研究,(1)基于网格分析方法能够直观地识别土地利用变化的“热点”区域,有效获知土地利用激烈变化的空间分布特征;(2)研究提出的空间预警方法与思路能够迅速发现建设用地扩展的空间因素及其格局特征,能为城镇发展与规划指导提供有效的参考;(3)基于微观尺度观测土地利用变化时空特征,对于深入理解卫星城地域空间增长过程具有重要研究意义;(4)政府应根据不同类型农户生计分化特征及其所表现出来的发展趋势,做出针对性的政策安排,同时,农民新村建设要考虑农户生计分化出现的新特点,匹配多元化的农民新村建设模式;(5)通过反规划途径来营造健康土地环境目的的全域土地整治思路,可为深化土地整治探索,推动我国土地整治转变提供理论参考。该项目研究不仅加深了LUCC机理研究的理论探索和实践积累,深化了农村、城镇交叉地域空间研究,研究成果能够为指导转型时期和新型城镇化背景下村镇建设用地再开发提供指导。
