中国茴芹属分类学研究

Pimpinella L. is a large genus in Apiaceae/Umbelliferae. It is a taxonomically complicated genus, because of the featureless fruit morphology, inadequate communication of literatures and type specimens, and insufficient consultation of herbarium specimens and fieldwork. It includes about one third Pimpinella species in China, but prior to this study almost no attempt has been made on special taxonomic study of Pimpinella species distributed in China. Recently molecular phylogenetic researches indicate that Pimpinella is not monophyletic, and the infrageneric classification is questionable. It is necessary to check the systematic position of some Chinese Pimpinella species, and clarify the interspecific relationships of complex. Based on specimens, literatures, morphological characters (including anatomy of mericarp, micro-morphology of leaf epidermis, palynology, cytology), as well as molecular data, the present study tries to explore the systematic position of Chinese Pimpinella species not investigated in systematic taxonomy research at present, the treatment of questionable taxa and interspecific boundaries of complex. Finally, the taxonomical problems will be clarified and a scientific revision will be presented. This study has important theoretical significance, and it will enrich the taxonomy of genus Pimpinella. In addition, the present study will provide data for the protection and utilization of Chinese Pimpinella plant resources.

茴芹属为伞形科中一个较大属，因果实鉴别特征普通、模式标本及原始文献交流不及时、标本查询有限、野外调查不足等原因，致使其分类十分复杂。中国茴芹属囊括了约1/3的种类，但迄今鲜见专注于中国茴芹属的分类学研究。近年的分子系统学研究表明茴芹属并非单系，属下分组方式还有疑问。此外，中国茴芹属的部分种类系统位置存疑，复合群种间关系仍需理清。本研究拟从形态解剖学、孢粉学、细胞学、分子系统发育等角度，结合植物标本、原始文献等资料，对中国茴芹属的尚未纳入系统分类研究的物种系统位置、存疑种类的位置归属、复合群的种间界限进行深入探讨，厘清中国茴芹属的分类问题，并提出科学的分类修订。本项目的开展具有重要的理论意义，将为丰富伞形科茴芹属分类学研究奠定基础，也会为中国茴芹属植物资源的保护利用提供依据。

茴芹属为伞形科中一个较大属，因果实鉴别特征普通、模式标本及原始文献交流不及时等原因，致使分类非常困难。中国茴芹属囊括了约1/3的种类，本研究从地理分布、形态学、解剖学、分子系统发育分析等角度，结合馆藏、重采集植物标本、原始文献等资料，对中国茴芹属的的物种系统位置、存疑种类的位置归属、复合群的种间界限进行了探讨，厘清中国茴芹属存在的一些分类问题，给出一些分类处理建议。项目研究结果表明，已获得的植物叶表皮微形态性状可为分类处理提供一定支持；基于叶绿体基因组全序列比对，显示紫瓣茴芹等四个种与狭义茴芹属植物序列有明显差别；与早期基于分子片段的研究结果一致，茴芹属不是单系类群，给出了几个分类处理建议；为杏叶茴芹复合群类群以及异叶茴芹种间关系研究提供了支持。本项目结果对于世界范围内茴芹属分类学研究具有重要意义。
