面向科技型中小企业的数字化服务创新生态系统价值共创机制研究

The small medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the scientific and technological sector are the growing cluster that can enhance the economic and social development in China. In the digital era in which the information technologies (IT) are transforming rapidly, the digital platform for service innovation provide the scientific and technological SMEs to perform innovation with exciting chances. Under the Service Dominant Logic and the underpinning of Socio-materiality Theory, this research project attempts to address four key research problems. (1) This project will develop a TOE model to investigate the determinants of scientific and technological SMEs’ participation in a particular digital platform for service innovation, thus teasing out the triggers of the SMEs’ knowledge and innovation activities the digital ecosystems. (2) This project will develop a Trust model for the scientific and technological SMES, in which both the IT-artifact based trust and Institution based trust are included, and further explore the mediation effect of this dual trust for SMEs’ participation and innovation behavior in the digital innovation ecosystems. (3) This project will explore the value co-creation governance mechanisms to enhance SMEs’ participation and appropriate behavior in the digital platform enabled service innovation ecosystems. Our designed value co-creation governance mechanisms cover the knowledge layer, the complementary resource and capability layer, and the institution layer. The project will validate the values that the mutli-layers governance mechanisms can bring to those SMEs. (4) This project will tease out the evolutionary journey that the service innovation ecosystems may experience under a particular digital platform from a longitudinal approach. This project will adopt the methodology of survey, case study, as well as social network analysis and econometric analysis, to validate and correct the proposed models, hypotheses, and propositions. This project will have important implications to the platform vendors and the scientific and technological SMEs.

科技型中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的生力军。在信息技术飞速发展的时代，数字服务创新平台为科技型中小企业创新带来契机。本项目在“服务主导逻辑”下，以社会物质理论为基础，试图解决四个研究问题：（1）科技型中小企业参加数字化服务平台的TOE因素模型，以揭示他们在数字创新生态中进行知识和创新活动的驱动力；（2）构建科技型中小企业对数字服务创新生态系统的信任体系，包括基于技术平台的信任和基于制度的信任，并探索其中介作用；（3）为中小企业建立数字化服务创新生态系统价值共创的治理机制，它将覆盖知识层、资源和能力层和制度层，并探讨这个多层治理机制设计为企业带来的价值；（4）通过纵观式研究揭示特定数字化服务创新生态系统的演化路径。本项目将通过问卷调查法、案例研究法和计量分析，对模型、假设、命题进行检验和修正。项目研究成果将主要对数字平台供应商和科技型中小企业创新主体有重要的启示意义。

科技创新已成为当前我国经济和社会发展的重要生产力要素。在数字环境下，科技型企业的技术创新模式较以往有所不同，尤其是中小型科技型企业的知识创造与技术创新往往依赖于所处的生态环境。因此，本项目在“服务主导逻辑”下，主要从四个方面展开研究：（1）中小企业参加数字化服务创新平台（以云服务平台为核心）的影响因素与信任机制；（2）纵贯视角下的科技型企业知识、能力演化与创新；（3）高科技领先技企业的双元能力构建与创新模式；（4）针对创新生态，构建初创科技企业的创业成功的要素模型，探索数字平台助力科技企业创业创新的基本模式。项目组对12家领先型和成长型科技企业进行深度案例研究，对长三角、珠三角百余家中小企业进行了问卷调查，收集了IT桔子平台5万余家企业基础创业数据，利用案例研究法、结构方程模型、计量分析法，进行了定性和定量分析。研究成果对面向创新服务平台的信任研究有重要的理论贡献，对科技型企业的知识创造和创新发展，以及创新生态的管理有重要的启示意义。
