企业战略定位对公司财务决策的影响机理研究

With the transformation of economic development mode and the innovation of business mode, the performance-oriented management control systems could not meet with the requirement of the "New Normal" and it is in a hurry to develop the strategy-oriented management control systems. This project will investigate the impact of business strategy on corporate financial decisions so as to provide evidence and suggestions for the development of strategy-oriented management control systems. In detail, we will focus on the following aspects, (1) How to classify business strategy? Does the business strategy affect financial decisions? (2) How to measure the variable of business strategy? (3) How will the business strategy affect financing decisions? (4) How will the business strategy affect investment decisions? (5) How will the business strategy affect payout policies? Several contributions will be made as follows, (1) extend the framework of "business strategy - corporate finance - firm value", (2) clarify the mechanism between business strategy and corporate finance, (3) improve the measurement of business strategy.

随着经济增长方式的转变以及企业业务模式的创新，传统基于业绩导向的管控模式已难以适应经济发展“新常态”的要求，构建基于战略导向的管控模式迫在眉睫。因而有必要深入探讨企业战略定位对公司财务决策的影响机理，以便为如何构建基于战略导向的管控模式提供相应的理论参考与实践依据。本项目将针对如下议题进行系统探究：（1）企业战略定位的划分依据有哪些？其是否影响公司财务决策？（2）如何精确构造衡量企业战略定位的测度变量？（3）企业战略定位如何影响公司的融资决策？（4）企业战略定位如何影响公司的投资决策？（5）企业战略定位如何影响公司的分配决策？本项目预期具有如下研究贡献：（1）拓展“战略——财务——价值”的理论研究框架；（2）深入厘清企业战略定位对公司财务决策的影响机理；（3）完善企业战略定位的测度方法。

随着企业业务模式、经营模式的不断创新发展，企业战略经营决策更加注重长期可持续发展，传统基于业绩导向管控模式的弊端逐渐显现，尤其在经济发展“新常态”背景下，我国经济发展需从要素驱动、投资驱动转向创新驱动，实现经济结构的不断优化与经济增长方式的持续改善，在此背景下，基于业绩导向的管控模式已经难以适应经济发展“新常态”的要求，构建基于战略导向的管控模式迫在眉睫。因此，有必要深入探讨企业战略定位如何影响公司财务决策，从而为企业构建基于战略导向的管控模式提供相应的理论参考与经验借鉴。本课题以企业战略定位为主题，主要包含以下四部分研究内容：（1）企业战略的文本分析研究；（2）企业战略定位与公司财务行为的理论框架研究；（3）企业战略定位对公司财务行为的影响机理研究；（4）价值网结构下战略管控模式的经济后果研究。本课题的研究不仅能够拓展战略管理领域与公司财务领域的交叉研究，而且有利于完善企业战略经济后果与财务行为影响因素的分析框架。
