With a comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature, this project analyzes connotations and characteristics of low carbon technology innovation and manufacturing industry upgrading, and reveals the necessity of the interaction between low carbon technology innovation and manufacturing industrial upgrading under resource constraint condition. The influences of low carbon technology innovation on manufacturing industry upgrading are analyzed from three aspects, including influence factors, influence path and influence effect. The direct and indirect influences of low carbon technology innovation on manufacturing industry upgrading are explored as well. The project also analyzes the environment, dynamics and process of the interaction between low carbon technology innovation and manufacturing industry upgrading, and evaluates the interaction effect between low carbon technology innovation and manufacturing industry upgrading, based on the simultaneous equation model. Then the interaction mechanism of low carbon technology innovation and manufacturing industry upgrading is discussed, and so are the policy environment, tools and effect mechanism during the mutual development of low carbon technology innovation and manufacturing industry upgrading. After that, the policy system of low carbon technology innovation and manufacturing industry upgrading mutual development would be constructed. Obviously, this project would form an initial interaction research framework between low carbon technology innovation and manufacturing industry upgrading, and could provide a theoretical support for the mutual development between low carbon technology innovation and manufacturing industry upgrading, so as to improve low carbon technology innovation ability and the international competitiveness of our manufacturing industries, and to realize economic structure transformation and sustainable development in China.
本项目通过对相关文献的综合分析,剖析低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级的内涵及特征,揭示资源约束条件下低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级互动的必要性;从影响要素、影响路径和影响效应三个方面分析低碳技术创新对制造业产业升级的影响机理,并探究制造业产业升级对低碳技术创新的直接影响和间接影响;剖析低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级的互动环境、互动动力和互动过程,并基于联立方程模型对低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级的互动效应进行评价,揭示低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级的互动机制;分析低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级互动发展的政策环境、政策工具和政策作用机制,构建低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级互动发展的政策体系。显然,本项研究将初步形成低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级互动的研究框架,为我国低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级的互动发展提供理论依据,从而提高我国低碳技术创新能力和制造业国际竞争力,实现我国经济结构转型和可持续发展。
本项目通过收集大量低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级的相关文献资料,对制造业低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级的影响机理、互动机制和政策体系等相关问题进行了分析。首先,收集了大量低碳技术创新与制造业产业升级的相关文献资料,形成了文献综述报告和相关数据分析报告;基于低碳技术观和低碳技术路线图揭示了低碳技术的发展规律;基于国际专利分类(IPC)识别出我国制造业的关键低碳技术,并以专利申请量作为测度指标揭示了我国制造业低碳技术创新产出的分布规律;基于专利视角,研究了我国制造业低碳技术创新产出分布规律及合作模式;通过对我国制造业绿色创新系统运行机制及内外部协同的分析,论证了中国制造业绿色创新系统运行机制及其协同性;其次,对低碳技术与低碳技术创新内涵进行了拓展分析,从产业竞争力角度研究了低碳技术创新能力对制造业升级的影响机理;以高耗能高污染制造业企业为例,研究了信息化对绿色工艺创新组织变革的影响;基于跨国公司技术溢出、绿色创新系统社会资本和绿色创新系统吸收能力三个影响因素,研究了跨国公司技术转移对我国制造业绿色创新系统绿色创新绩效的影响机理;在分析低碳技术创新与传统技术创新区别的基础上,结合资源约束条件下制造业产业升级对低碳技术创新的需求,研究了低碳技术创新对制造业产业升级的影响要素;揭示了低碳技术突破性创新对制造业产业升级的影响及作用方式。再次,本项目揭示了全球化背景下我国制造业低碳技术创新的研发风险、制造风险和营销风险,并提出了相应的风险应对措施;通过整合技术创新系统和全球价值链分析框架,提出了一个面向低碳技术创新与产业升级关联的分析框架。
