全球价值链下我国制造业企业低碳技术创新跨越模式、风险管理与绩效评价研究

With a comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature, this project analyzes the value and the value creation factors of the low-carbon technology innovation of manufacturing enterprise under the Global Value Chain(GVC), and then builds the value creation path of low-carbon technology innovation of manufacturing enterprise. Based on the analysis of the late-mover advantage of low-carbon technology innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprise under the GVC, this project designs the leapfrogging mode, establishes evaluation index system and mode selection model, studiea a typical case. The risk identification and analysis, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring are discussed of low-carbon technology innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprise under the GVC, to build the risk management system of low-carbon technology innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprise under the GVC. The influencing factors of low-carbon technology innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprise under the GVC are explored as well, then this project build the performance evaluation index system and DEA methods and models based performance management of low-carbon technology innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprise, and then gives empirical studies. Obviously, this project will form the theoretical framework of leapfrogging mode, risk management and performance evaluation for low-carbon technology innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprise under the GVC, and could provide a theoretical support for the updrade of the position of chinese manufactuing industry in GVC, so as to improve low carbon technology innovation ability and the international competitiveness of chinese manufacturing industries.

本项目通过对相关文献的综合分析，研究全球价值链下制造业企业低碳技术创新的价值构成，剖析价值创造的影响因素，进而构建制造业企业低碳技术创新价值创造路径；在我国制造业企业低碳技术创新后发优势研究的基础上，设计低碳技术创新跨越模式，建立模式选择的评价指标体系和模型，进行典型案例研究；研究全球价值链下我国制造业企业低碳技术创新风险识别与分析、风险评估、风险应对和风险监控，构建全球价值链下我国制造业企业低碳技术创新风险管理体系；剖析我国制造业企业低碳技术创新绩效的影响因素，构建绩效测度的指标体系和基于绩效管理的DEA综合评价方法与模型，进行实证研究，提出促进全球价值链下我国制造业企业低碳技术创新的对策建议。显然，本项目的研究将初步形成全球价值链下我国制造业企业低碳技术创新跨越模式、风险管理和绩效评价的理论框架，为我国实现制造业在全球价值链的攀升提供理论依据，进而提高我国低碳技术创新能力和国际竞争力。

本项目以全球价值链为切入点对我国制造业企业低碳技术创新跨越模式、风险管理与绩效评价相关问题进行研究。首先，从我国制造业低碳技术创新的实践出发，探究我国制造业低碳技术创新价值创造的机制、过程和影响因素，分析我国制造业低碳技术创新价值的系统结构，实证研究我国制造业低碳技术创新的价值评估，探索和建立适合我国制造业发展实际情况的低碳技术创新价值研究的理论体系框架，提出促进我国制造业低碳技术创新价值提升的对策建议。其次，在全球价值链下制造业企业低碳技术创新价值研究基础上，从宏观环境和微观环境两个方面分析制造业企业低碳技术创新环境，揭示全球价值链下我国制造业企业低碳技术创新后发优势，指出在全球价值链下制造业企业低碳技术创新后发战略并提出对策建议。在我国制造业企业低碳技术创新后发优势研究的基础上，研究了全球价值链嵌入对我国制造业低碳技术创新跨越式发展的影响机理并构建了相关概念模型，从全球价值链角度构建了我国制造业低碳技术创新跨越式发展不同模式，建立模式选择的评价指标体系和模型，提出促进我国制造业低碳技术创新跨越式发展模式实现的政策建议。再次，基于全球价值链三大环节和低碳技术创新过程，从全球低碳研发风险、全球低碳制造风险和全球低碳营销风险揭示全球化背景下的低碳技术创新风险，从风险识别、风险分析、风险评价、风险应对和风险监控五个部分构建了全球价值链下我国制造业低碳技术创新风险管理体系。最后，基于全球价值链视角，从低碳技术创新投入产出角度，研究了我国制造业低碳技术创新绩效及影响因素，并对低碳技术创新绩效及其影响因素进行了评价和分析，为提升我国制造业低碳技术创新绩效提出对策建议。此外，也对跨国公司技术转移对我国制造业绿色创新系统创新绩效的影响和制造企业社会责任对低碳创新绩效的影响进行了扩展分析。
