出口贸易、劳动力收入与企业中的非正规就业

A distinct feature of this research project is the introduction of workers heterogeneity and a realistic labor market distortion, search and matching frictions in labor market. On the basis of such two key factors, this research would investigate the motivation of enterprises to hire labor informally, as well as its relationship with the firms' export decision. Then this research would focus on the heterogeneous effects of firms' export activities on the wages between workers with different employment status, such as formal or informal employed workers. Furthermore, this research would show the importance of search and matching frictions in the labor market in determining the effects of export on wages. Finally, this study would analyze the impacts of labor regulation on firms' employment decisions and their operating performances. The main conclusions generated from this research would provide theoretical basis and empirical support for the policy adjustments such as to improve the income distribution effect of exports, to narrow the income gap, to accelerate the labor market reform as well as the reform of household registration system.

通过在主流异质企业贸易理论中引入"异质员工"和"劳动力市场搜寻匹配摩擦"这两个关键性因素，本课题将考察企业以非正规方式雇佣劳动力的动机及其与企业出口决策间的关联，在此基础上重点考察企业出口活动对非正规与正规就业人员收入的异质影响及传导途径，以及劳动力市场上的搜寻匹配摩擦对这种收入分配效应的作用及机制。最后，从政府角度出发，本课题还将分析政府劳动力市场管制对企业雇佣决策以及区位选择和经营绩效的影响。课题研究的主要结论将为我国改善出口贸易的收入（分配）效应、缩小收入差距、加快劳动力市场化改革以及户籍制度改革等政策调整提供理论依据和经验支持。

本项目研究工作基本达到预期目标。原项目申请书中提出来的三大研究主题基本完成。具体而言，本项目围绕“异质企业、非正规雇佣与出口贸易”主题发表CSSCI来源期刊论文5篇，发表期刊分别为《经济研究》、《管理世界》（2篇）、《世界经济》和《现代管理科学》，还有1篇为本项目负责人指导的硕士毕业论文，预计答辩时间为2016年5月；围绕“企业出口、非正规雇佣与劳动力收入”主题发表CSSCI来源期刊论文2篇，发表期刊分别为《经济学（季刊）》和《中国物价》；围绕“出口贸易、非正规雇佣与企业的经营绩效”主题发表CSSCI来源期刊论文1篇，发表期刊为《世界经济》；围绕“中国劳动力收入”相关的主题发表CSSCI来源期刊论文4篇，发表期刊分别为《管理世界》、《世界经济》、《财经研究》和《商业经济与管理》。归纳而言，本项目的相关研究成果共发表12篇CSSCI来源期刊文章和1篇硕士毕业论文，其中本项目负责人以第一作者发表CSSCI来源期刊论文4篇，包括《管理世界》、《经济学（季刊）》、《世界经济》和《财经研究》各1篇。
