中国东北区边境口岸经济发展模式研究

Frontier ports are important social resource and the foreland of sub-regional economic cooperation. The construction of frontier ports and development of ports economy immediately concerns regional and country's opening-up and economic development, also relates to the stability of the state border area. But at present, our country's Frontier ports economy exists some questions: unreasonable allocation of resources, lack of scale economy, the small contribution rate of industrial economy; At the same time, the research of the ports economy theory needs to inject new vitality whether the research contents and methods or the research levels ect. The project will take frontier ports of northeast China as the research object, adopt a variety of methods, such as field investigations and computer modeling analysis, combining both qualitative and quantitative research, the integration of basic theoretical research and empirical research, and use the research means of the spatial analysis of GIS and SPSS statistical analysis, then systematically cardings the economic development situation of the research zone and analyzes the existing problems. On this basis, the project is to explore the reasonable configuration and overall arrangement of the domestic and overseas factors of production, to plan the ports economic zone and its hinterland and to optimize the ports spatial structure, in order to make much progress on the research of ports economy development pattern, and to enrich the related theory content of Geo-economics, then to provide the basis for the economy development of our country northeast and even the national border ports.

边境口岸是重要的社会资源，是次区域经济合作的前沿阵地。边境口岸的建设与口岸经济的发展直接关系到边境地区、区域乃至国家的对外开放和经济发展，也涉及到国家边境地区的稳定。而目前，我国边境口岸经济存在着资源配置利用不合理，缺少规模实体经济，产业经济贡献率低等问题；同时，在口岸经济理论研究上，无论是研究内容与方法，还是研究层次等方面均需注入新的活力。 项目以东北边境口岸为研究对象，采用实地调研考察与计算机建模分析相结合、定性研究与定量研究相结合、基础理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法，利用GIS空间分析、SPSS统计分析等多种研究手段，系统梳理东北边境口岸经济发展情况，分析其存在的问题，在此基础上，探索境内外生产要素的合理配置与布局，并对口岸经济区及其腹地进行规划，优化口岸空间结构，以期在口岸经济发展模式的研究上取得较大进展，丰富地缘经济学有关理论内容，为我国东北乃至全国边境口岸经济发展提供对策依据。

边境口岸是重要的社会资源，是次区域经济合作的前沿阵地。边境口岸的建设与口岸经济的发展直接关系到边境地区、区域乃至国家的对外开放和经济发展，也涉及到国家边境地区的稳定。.项目组在进行大量实地调研与资料整理的基础上，通过数理统计、归纳、GIS分析等方法对中国东北区边境口岸经济发展情况进行了大量研究工作。.研究从时间序列上总结了我国边境口岸经济的发展历程；分析了我国东北区主要边境口岸城市的空间结构与布局及其影响因素；构建口岸经济与城市扩张指标体系，利用相关分析和回归分析的方法研究了边境口岸经济发展与其依托城市的相互作用机理；对中国东北区边境口岸城市经济发展进行了比较分析，总结出了东北区边境口岸城市经济发展的代表模式，指出了影响口岸经济发展的制约因素；通过建立多维时序数据库和建立城市综合指标、口岸规模综合指标体系，利用灰色模糊聚类算法进行模式分类，对16个样本城市的岸—城互动进行了研究；对黑河市口岸城市经济发展的潜力进行了分析，考虑黑河市口岸经济发展方向的选择的影响因素,提出项目主导式的黑河市口岸经济发展模式。.关于中国东北地区边境口岸城市经济发展的研究对解决该地区经济发展落后和发展机制问题，发挥该地区在东北亚地区发展与合作中的作用，实践东北地区与东北亚各地区多边合作有着一定的现实意义。
