边境口岸城市服务业时空演化机理及其空间效应：以中国-东盟边境口岸城市为例

Service economy is the inevitable trend of the evolution of the global economic structure, and the city has become the main gathers of service industry. In view of the study of urban service industry focusing on metropolis and ignoring the special types of cities at home and abroad,such as the border port cities that are increasingly important under the circumstance of the open economic development strategy, the project aiming at service industry of China-ASEAN border port cities is based on the way of "Pattern，Process，Mechanism，Effect and Solution" and carries out the in-depth study on the following four aspects. Firstly, the pattern of service industry and it's evolution process from multi dimensions will be analyzed, and also the stage division will be maded combining with the historical review. Secondly, the project will provide measurement on the influence of the factors at the different levels on service industry ,and that can identify the key factors in order to summarize the different evolution mode, reveal the dynamic mechanism and construct the theoretical framework and model. Thirdly, we comprehensively analyse spatial effects of service industy in the border port cities from the different perspectives of industry, city and regional, and discuss the interaction between service industry and cities, hindterlands and cross-border region in time and space dimensions, and then summarize the economic geographical foundation of its' evolution and effect.Finally, based pm the above-mentioned study, we forecast the future trends of service industy in the border port cities and use the the scenario analysis method, and then put forward the corresponding policy recommendations by mean of the path analysis.In the light of the spatial-temporal specific and the economic geographical uniqueness of service industry in the border port cities, the project aims to enrich the empirical cases of service industry, and lay the foundation for the general theory of service industry, and provide a scientific basis of demonstration cities and a domestic example of urban service industry in the border port city in the cross-border economic cooperation area.

服务经济是全球经济结构演化必然趋势，且城市已成其主要集聚地。针对城市服务业研究集中于都市而忽略边境口岸等特殊类型城市，项目结合地区地缘特征，以中国-东盟边境口岸城市服务业为研究对象，沿"格局-过程-机理-效应-方案"研究思路，集中对四方面内容深入研究。首先，分析服务业格局特征，多维度分析其演化过程并对其划分阶段。其次，测度微中宏观不同层次影响因素对服务业的影响贡献度和作用方式等，辨识关键动力因素，从而归纳不同演化模式、揭示动力机制并构建演化理论框架和模型。其三，从产业、城市和区域等不同视角全面分析边境口岸城市服务业的空间效应，探讨其与城市和区域的互动关系，并总结其经济地理基础。最后，预测边境口岸城市服务业未来发展趋势并进行情景分析，通过路径分析提出合理政策建议。项目旨在丰富服务业实证案例并为完善服务业一般理论奠定基础，同时为案例地提供科学依据和跨境经济合作口岸城市服务业研究提供国内范例。

服务经济时代是全球经济结构演化的必然趋势，我国已将服务业置于事关国家战略全局的重要地位。城市是服务业最主要的集聚地，但关于城市服务业的研究成果多以全球、国家或区域层面高层级都市(或中心城市)为研究对象，而缺乏对边境口岸城市等特殊类型城市服务业的研究。在区域经济一体化等背景下，曾经处于国境界面的边境口岸城市成为跨境经贸交流的前沿载体，而且我国提出“一带一路”倡议，中国-东盟合作是其重要内容，由此，以中国-东盟边境口岸城市为例，展开对其服务业的系统深入探讨具有重要的研究价值和实践意义。.该项目按照基金申报书“研究目标”和“研究内容”执行，在对中越、中老和中缅多个边境口岸城市（或口岸）实地调研和搜集资料基础上进行研究。研究内容主要包括边境口岸城市服务业空间格局和特征、发展演化阶段研究、服务业演化影响因素、服务业演化动力机制和理论框架、边境口岸城市空间扩展研究，以及边境口岸城市与口岸空间结构模式研究等，并取得部分研究成果。.其中，有几个方面获得较重要的研究结果，如下：一，服务业演化阶段揭示了口岸城市发展的趋势，在口岸城市选择发展方向和战略以及城市规划导引方面具有比较重要的实践价值。二，梳理和厘清了服务业演化的影响因素和动力机制，探索出其因素之间相互关系和传导机制，同时初步构建了演化机理的理论框架，丰富了特殊类型城市服务业研究，具有一定的理论意义。三，探讨和总结出边境口岸城市与口岸间的空间结构模式，尤其是城岸一体模式能最大限度发挥城市与口岸融合而协同发展，具有明显的交互放大效应，在实践中具有重要的指导意义。
