中国东北边境地区经济发展动力研究

Economic geography theory has studied the economic development motivation and models of the main economic region for a long time ,while the research in less developed areas especially the frontier area is less. Although the northeast border region of China is located in the geopolitical core zone, economic development speed and level is not high. At the same time, the Northeast District is facing the situation in which the researches into he development motivation and models are insufficient, and border trade practice is limited .so it has special research meaning..The project will make a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the frontier area’s economic development by theories of Economic Geography, Geo-economics and Industrial Economics, The main research contents of the project includes the comprehensive analysis of economic development, the experiences of foreign developed countries, to find the dynamic and mechanism of economic development in Chinese frontier region, and enrich the theory of regional economy.

经济地理学长期研究主体经济区区域经济发展动力和模式，而对欠发达地区特别是国家的边缘地区研究较少。中国东北边境地区虽地处地缘政治博弈的重要地带，但经济发展速度和水平并不高、边贸实践有限；同时，该区域又面临经济发展动力和发展模式研究不足的局面，因此其具有特殊的研究意义。.项目拟综合运用经济地理学、地缘经济学、产业经济学等学科理论和系统论思想，对研究区的经济发展状况进行系统全面的分析，结合国外典型区域相关成功案例的剖析借鉴，探索出中国东北边境地区经济发展动力及其经济发展的基本模式，丰富区域经济理论。

经济地理学长期研究主体经济区区域经济发展动力和模式，而对欠发达地区特别是国家的边缘地区研究较少。中国东北边境地区虽地处地缘政治博弈的重要地带，但经济发展速度和水平不高、边贸实践有限；同时，该区域又面临经济发展动力和发展模式研究不足的局面，因此其具有特殊的研究意义。.本项目主要做了以下研究工作：1.构建了多属性决策和系统聚类分析方法相结合的边境地区界定模型，建立了分析指标体系，用以科学界定边境区域空间单元；2.系统研究了边境地区经济发展的动力基础，从中国东北边境地区区域经济发展的基本问题出发，分析区位因素、资源禀赋、政策因素、历史文化因素对经济发展的影响；3.从产业布局的一般规律、行业演化、产业合作等方面研究总结边境地区区域经济发展的模式，系统研究了中国东北边境地区经济合作的基础、问题、优势、机制，分析了金融发展与边境地区经济发展的内在联系；4.从中国东北边境地区人口流动情况、经济发展情况着手，分析了人口流动与经济发展的联系，提出促进东北边境地区经济社会和人口协调发展的对策建议；5.研究了国家级边境经济合作区这一特殊经济单元的发展情况，对其发展过程中的支持政策、存在的主要问题、未来发展政策诉求进行了细致的分析，在此基础上提出了边境经济合作区发展的对策建议。
