To overcome the picking blocking, improve the efficiency of warehouse picking system is the most effective way to increase customer satisfaction and improve the service level of the supply chain. The project takes picking system efficiency optimization as the core problem in the logistics warehouse. Through the research method of modeling, computing, investigation and practice, firstly, it makes mechanism analyze and model description on the warehouse picking system prominent congestion problems, comprehensively considers the influence of space layout, storage strategy, picking path, order waving factors on the blocking, constructs discrete Markov model. Secondly, it researches on combined control strategy on the influence factors of blocking, chose different picking time and traveling time ratio, picking time distribution, picking workers number and other parameters, makes simulation calculation and validation on the Markov model. Thirdly, it constructs flexible layout by adjusting the shelf angle and the channel scale, studies its applicable conditions and improvement on the blocking, and then put forward a new strategy of flexible layout under the condition of factors choice and parameters setting. Finally, it researches the key technology of warehouse picking system basic operation, to realize the monitoring and warning of the blocking by introduction of logistics information technology. The research results of this project will provide new ideas and new methods for the supply chain management theory and the basic operation technique in logistics warehousing, will also provide decision making guidance for the management efficiency of warehousing enterprises.
克服拣选拥堵,提高拣选系统效率是增加客户满意度、提高供应链服务水平的有效途径。本项目以仓储拣选系统效率优化为核心问题,通过建模、计算、调查和实践等研究手段,对仓储拣选系统突出存在的拥堵问题进行机理分析与建模描述,综合考虑货位布局、存储策略、拣选路径、订单波次等因素对拣选拥堵产生的影响,构建离散马尔科夫模型;其次,对影响拥堵的因素进行联合控制策略研究,选择不同的拣选时间和行走时间比、拣选时间分布、拣选者数目等参数,对马氏模型的有效性进行仿真验算;再次,通过改进货架摆放角度和调整通道尺度构建柔性布局,研究其适用条件和对拥堵的改进作用,进而提出一种因素选择和参数设定下的柔性布局新策略;最后,开展仓储拣选系统基本运作的关键技术研究,引入物流信息技术实现拥堵的监控与预警。本项目的研究成果将为供应链管理理论及物流仓储中的基本运作技术提供新思路和新方法,也将为仓储企业效率管理提供决策指导。
